+ 2 moreJeff is punctual and polite. He did the work -- removal of old swop owner, plumbing fixes, etc. -- in the time estimated. We did have price increases as the job went on, but I do believe he did find problems as he dug into our home's guts.
Description of Work: Jeff replaced our shower and did an excellent job. He is honest and thoughtful. He has a great eye for decorating, so I trusted his judgment on tile choice, etc. My only advice on recommending him is his estimate did not include items such as the shower door. Before you have him do work in your home, be sure you understand the final cost.

+ 3 moreJeff looked at our project and made suggestions. He responded with an estimate and that was what he charged. He is not a technical guy so does not do much with email or computers but always answers his phone if he possibly can. We set a start date which we had to move due to family issues. Jeff handled the city/state licensing requirements (he is licensed in SC and Tega Cay). He showed up promply on the start date and together with his son set about gutting, cleaning and rebuilding the bathroom.
Description of Work: Jeff remodeled our master bathroom. It was stripped to the basic studs. New insulation and drywall. New cabinets. New fixtures (in the same places as the old one's). He put up crown molding in the bathroom and it looks excellent. However, Jeff's forte is tile work. He is truely one of the best if not the best in Charlotte. Even other sub contractors commented on the quality of Jeff's work. He did the floor with porcelin, and the shower walls with glass and porcelin. It truely looks great. Jeff comes when he says he is going to and he contacts you if a problem arises. Good communication. I would definitely hire Jeff again.

+ 1 moreI had a leak from the shower and the floor was rotting underneath so we gutted it and started over. He redid everything. He moved the bathtub, increased the size of the shower and entirely retiled it. The end result is just gorgeous. He was always on time, in fact he was early. Before we began the project I told him some of my concerns and he listened to the issues at hand and made sure to address them.
Description of Work: He redid my entire bathroom.
