UPDATED: The owner reached out to me and we came to an understanding. That tells me a lot about his character and that he cares about his business. Also I was a little harsh on starting the review. I’m sure he does great work and will hopefully be able to use him in the future and turn this into a 5 star ⭐️ Came here because I was referred to them by a previous customer. After getting the design professionally designed by another company I just need it cut and installed. After driving an hour to bring the files to them I was told the files were not cut files and instead of trying to work with them or measuring my truck and offering a service told me that i would need them redone. Just so happens I decided to try another place today. Turn out the files were actually perfect. They said exactly “these are some the best files I have ever seen. Needless to say I wasted gas and my breath going here. I’m sure he does a great job if your looking for a basic vinyl wrap but when it comes to layers I would suggest not wasting your time. What’s even more surprising is that being a graphics establishment they should have been able to resize or place it appropriately. Also told me it was a full wrap when it was only a partial.

They did an amazing job on my wrap. The one's who know me , know I used to paint cars back in the day so I am very picky about colors and finishes. He was patient with me and suggested a brand of wrap that was as close to automotive paint as possible. I was blown away by his work and will recommend them to anyone wanting to get any vinyl work done. Their customer service and professional is top notch.. They stole my deposit. They called me more than 3 months later to ask if I was still interested. I told them that I would like my deposit back and they told me that they could not return it to me because they used it for materials 😅
