I am very pleased with the work that was performed. I originally called about just repairing the exterior doors and many contractors were not interested. Scott was responsive and I was very impress so I always included the bath room countertops and shower door installation. Scott is a very honest person who advised me the crawl space door could be repaired rather than replaced and gave me suggestions on the quartz countertops that saved me $. I will definitely use Veritas Construction again!

These guys rock! Great job from estimate through completion. They showed up when they said they would, had excellent recommendations on how to properly pull off the look we were going for in a challenging dining space, and made the transitions from one space to another completely seamless - even where they had to integrate new crown with the existing trim work. Attention to detail is hard to come by in this market, with many contractors in a rush to move on to the next job, but this install was perfect. Our clients are so happy with the results, they have specifically requested that we bring Jordan and Steve back for Phase II of the project. Demo was quick, although there was a bit of dust in the house afterwards. That was expected. The guys called to let me know what was upcoming in the schedule. They showed up when they said they would. We gave them a key to the house so they could come and go as needed with out any issues. The details on everything from the tile to the wood trim looks great. Now the rest of the house looks shabby.

Jordan was professional and nice to work with. I thought his pricing was fair. I received a written quote and invoice from Jordan. He was always on time and I would use him again for handyman type work.

We couldn't be happier with the work Veritas did on our house. We initially asked them to install ceramic tile in our kitchen and mudroom. We were so pleased with their professionalism and service that we have asked them to come back multiple times to complete other projects. The tile was installed in January 2013 and they came back in February to convert a closet into a pantry and create a built-in bookshelf. Each step of the way Jordan and Scott notified us if there would be any unexpected expenses and exactly what it would cost. They always left the decision to go over the estimate up to us before they did the work. This was refreshing because I've had too many contractors surprise me with extra costs at the end of the project. No surprises from Veritas, which is why we had them come back to rebuild the railings on two balconies and add support posts to a deck and staircase off our mudroom (they charged us $400 less than the estimate). We gave them a key for this last project because we were on vacation! When we came back, everything was done and in order. This may sound odd but we were pleased about how well spoken both Jordan and Scott are. They are articulate and, obviously, educated. We will use them as much as they can stand to make it up the mountain.

Jordan and Scott were excellent. Very cost effective, but quality not sacrificed. I plan on using them again for one of my next house projects.

Entire project took about one and a half days. Contractor was very professional, and work was completed as promised. Repair looks great. Veritas identified upon initial inspection that the main cause of the problem was the the area where the deck was connected had not been properly flashed when the deck was built. Veritas installed flashing, which should prevent this problem from re-occurring. Section of rotten band turned out to be a few feet longer than originally thought. It was impossible to identify this until the deck was pulled away and lower siding sections removed from the house. Veritas only charged for the additional material and did not charge for additional labor. They were able to complete the entire repair within the original estimated time.

They are on time, honest, and they have full integrity.
