Let me tell yall, my experience with United Family Movers was excellent service, communication, on time, dependability, flexibility, and quality. Simmi and his partner showed up b4 time, which worked out for me. They were very professional, and courteous. They reassembled my furniture better than the furniture delivery store. They were very efficient. They asked for the exact payment/balance that was due at the end of services, no uprated charges that other moving companies do. I will definitely use United Family Movers again towards my next move. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great experience

Noel and his movers are fantastic. My move was scheduled at 1:00 pm and I was over half an hour late meeting them. I felt so bad because I am always respectful of people's time. They were still very gracious and professional. My studio was empty in less than an hour. All my belongings were handed with extreme care. 10/10 recommend.

I had an easy move, only 2 major pieces of furniture and other smaller items. The workers were fast and competent.

The guys moving the furniture were really personable and efficient. The paperwork was easy, the estimate was exactly what was charged. They had forgotten one item, but they went back to get it and will deliver that soon.

The good aspect is it was easy to reach the company. The quote process was easy and fair over the phone. So that part was not a problem at all. What was the downfall is I was told my items would be wrapped etc with the quote but then when the movers came I was told wrapping etc is additional. So the billing part was a little frustrating. Then when it came time to move my armoir the mover almost dropped the whole armoir until I jumped in front of it. My walls of course got damaged. I felt like the movers were not careful with my items. So for that I would be cautious recommending this company again.

very good, except as the day wore on not as productive. they didn't take some stuff they were supposed, to , had to go back. but they took stuff for me (junk they didn't have to as well!

Chelsea was very helpful in finding a truck going to Naples, Florida, from Pompano Beach. Florida at a reasonable price.

Move went fast and the men were pleasant. They arrived past the window for the afternoon move, but once they came, everything went smoothly.

Very good communication from the quote to the final contract but was late by 2 hours the day of the moving. They sent another truck that was too small so my employee had to help on the truck loading space organization. Basically, I had to pay an employee for the late arrival and loading. Besides the above, I had a fair experience with United Family Movers. Richard L.
