Description of Work: Installed a new roof, they did an awesome job! We met with Chris Hanson the Renovation Consultant he has great customer service. He explained all the details as to what would transpire and that the project manager would be onsite to oversee the project. The project was completed within two days and all the clean up was completed as was told. We were extremely satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone. Our neighbors gave us compliments and asked who did the work. We both were happy and we would use this company again if we needed another roof or any other type of work the company provides. Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. They were prompt with scheduling. Repaired leak, and inspected entire roof for other problem areas, correcting them as well.

Description of Work: I purchased the special package of 8 hours of painting for $449.00. The painters arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Truguard painting and will use them again.

Description of Work: I had missing and loose shingles on my roof that needed to be repaired. I contracted TruGuard via the 2 hour roof maintenance special from Angie's list. I emailed TruGuard to see if they could come out the same week....to my surprise, Joe F. responded and confirmed they could. Explained to him I wanted all the shingles replaced on the hips (60+) to address future issues and obscure the new shingle look. They came out to the house, took my shingle samples, found a direct replacement (landscape shingle not typically found) and responded with a slightly adjusted quote for materials. Fully satisfied...trustworthy, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Guys!

Description of Work: We had a leak around a vent pipe on our roof it was running down onto a bedroom ceiling . We called and scheduled the next day and did not have to be at home for the roofer to repair the leak . We were very pleased and will certainly keep this group in mind for any future repairs.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's List Deal and added some extra services while they were here. They did a roof tune up and inspection and cleaned a skylight, as well as sealed around boots and other vents in our two roofs. We had some concerns about some leaking, and they were very thorough and even met with our insurance adjuster to see if we needed to have any roofing replaced (we didn't). They could not have been more thorough or pleasant and completely trustworthy. We did not feel like they were just trying to make money, and the insurance adjuster said he had worked with them many times before and thought highly of them, as well. We plan to call them back when we need to replace our smaller roof in a year or two or if any other issues arise before then.

Description of Work: I did take advantage of the roof deal with TruGuard. When i called they were courteous and I made an appointment 2 days later. The person came with an assistant and they arrived 10 plus minutes before time. They introduced themselves and explained everything they were going to do that as mentioned in the deal. I was shown their licenses and the product they were going to use to paint my shielding and the caulking for my roof vents. They answered all my questions. I thought they came to see what needed to be done, but they came to do the work and did.
