These guys were terrific. Chris (the owner) personally came for the consultation, listened to me and what I was trying to accomplish, took all measurements and provided a speedy estimate. He knew I needed color suggestions, and what he recommended looks terrific on my walls. We met at the paint store, he provided me options, and then he personally spent a good hour mixing one color to get it to exactly the shade I wanted (I had seen it originally in a magazine and it didn't have a name). His crew was friendly, professionally, and amazingly quick and clean. They worked alone in the house while I was at work, and I had no concerns. There was zero damage or mess. The whole job (about 3,000 sq. ft with two-three coats in each room) took about 3-1/2 days. I'm a single woman, and they also took care of all of the heavy lifting, picture removing, etc. And the little touches (like remembering my sons' names when I hardly remember mentioning them) were the cherry on top. I will say they were NOT the lowest priced, but I absolutely believe they were hands down the highest value. I definitely recommend Center City.

It turned out really good. They haven’t completely finished the job. They are supposed to come back and repair the gutter guards. Other than that everything has turned out well.

This experience was far better than any other company I have dealt with before. They offered suggestions for colors, textures, etc. They always arrived 5-10 minutes early. I felt like I trusted them fully. Their employees were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Chris, oversaw all of the work. He was always on site and always in communication with me regarding the process and scheduling conflicts. He exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Center City Painters to both residential and commercial individuals needing any paint work completed. Lastly, I would like to say that the completed paint work upgraded the look of our home. Now, it looks absolutely beautiful and we have gotten many compliments from our neighbors and friends. Also, Center City Painting is the only reputable company to go with in Charlotte.

From start to finish the service was seemless. Jeff met with me and quickly provided an estimate. Lucas then worked with my insurance company to ensure that I would receive the maximum benifit. During the job, they noticed wood rot under the gutters, brought it to my attention and then provided an ecomic fix. They left the yard clean and free of debris. I plan on working with this company again.

an estimate was provided to remove the wood, replace with PVC product and paint. they were timely did great work. they found additional issues which they simply addressed without changing their estimate. would recommend them again

It was a great experience. Tyler was extremely professional and helpful during the process. Lucas was very responsive in providing pricing alternatives. Their crew was punctual and they took extreme care to protect our landscaping and yard. They left our property very clean and orderly. We would definitely use TruGuard again for other projects.

Many of our neighbors has roof damage from hail. Our roof looked ok to us, but when our next door neighbor had his roof inspected, we decided to have ours checked too. Tyler checked it out and said we did have damage.. Although we did not have hail damage, the insurance inspector said there was wind damage on every surface. The whole job went great. Tyler was great to work with and handled getting all the necessary paperwork to the insurance company, as well as providing the documents we will need for a tax credit. The workers worked fast (even in the terrible heat) and cleaned up everything when they were done. The whole job went very smoothly from our point of view.

After a recent storm, I decided to have our roof inspected to see if there had been any damage. They set up a time and inspected the roof and reported that their was both hail and wind damage. They were courteous, punctual with all of my contacts with the company as I worked through an insurance claim. The work was done timely by an extremely neat crew. Im very pleased with the results. Id suggest that you call them for any roofing need.

They were true professionals. I was especially impressed with their concern for and attention to keeping the work area and grounds clean and neat. They were prompt, completed the job over two days, and left the grounds in immaculate condition. There was insurance coverage involved, and they worked seamlessly wit the insurance company both before and after the work was completed. Supervisors checked in with me several times over the course of two days to insure there were no issues and that I was satisfied with the on-going work. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work you may need.

Center City Painting was wonderful to deal with! I was referred to them by a Sherwin-Williams store, and the owner Chris answered the phone and was extermely easy to talk to. He visited my home and arrived right on time. The product knowledge was very impressive, as well as the attention to detail in the proposal. The work was done in an extremely efficient manner, and the crew could not have been more polite (they were even petting and playing with my dog.) Chris was on site every day, and inspected the project several times (it took only three days to finish everything! I would recommend Center City Painting to anyone looking for a reasonable, professional, excellent paint company.
