Excellent. From beginning to end this was an excellent experience.

I had several shingles that needed fixing or replaced. I called them for an estimate, and they came out very quickly to examine the roof. I had several extra shingles in my garage, so they fixed everything during the visit and examined my roof for other damage (thankfully there was none). Very responsive and professional.

Work was done in alloted time and was correctly done. I would do business in the future and highly recommend to anybody.

We were having a mysterious moisture problem in our kitchen. They diagnosed the issue and made a recommendation. In addition we wanted a new granite counter top. They helped us with the selection of the granite. They were prompt for all appointments and the work was done with professionalism. We are very pleased with the result, and the moisture issue was also taken care of.

I purchased an Angie's list special that was for 2 hours of roof maintenance to remedy some issues raised by the home inspector. James was right on time (actually a bit early). He took the time to explain deficiencies that he found and how he was going to address them. He fixed all the things that were noted on the inspection and cleaned up everything.

They arrived on time, performed the repairs, gave me some sales literature and left. I think the owner actually did the work. I didn't have any leaks before or after the performed the work. I only gave them a "4" because it was a small job. I will say that if I ever need more significant work done, I will invite them to bid.

Work done on time as specified. Would definately use again. Saved me putting on a new roof for now.

The experience was good overall. At the time, all of the subcontractors were working under a supervisor named Jeff Conger. We were having our roof and gutters replaced, along with the painting done in stages over a couple a couple of months. Initially, he let us know he'd stay with us until we were satisfied. He also let us know that he was the person to contact. That did happen, and I was very pleased with that. Anytime we needed to get in touch with him, he responded in a very prompt and professional manner. He made sure everything was right and that we were satisfied! They were also able to stay within our budget.

They do a great work! They’re extremely professional, did what they said they were going to do, and their price was reasonable. I’m very happy with their services.

Christian Moon was my contact person for the job. He is dependable, trustworthy, and exceptionally pleasant and empathetic. Christian is not pushy and his demeanor in all cases is to please the customer. His crew did a fantastic job in the prep, installation and cleanup following the installment of our roof, Christian walked us through the entire project and is absolutely a first class act. I have total confidence in Christian and I recommended him to a neighbor who inquired about replacing their roof. We are totally pleased with the service and the superior work of this company and their impressive management team and their knowledgeable and talented crew.

Truguard painting was easy to work with. They were available for an estimate promptly and their director of Business Development, Chris, was very personable and upfront about the difficulties in touching up old paint. They were able to start work within a couple days of the estimate. They were very professional, neat and clean. The touch-ups are well-matched and not noticeably different from the original paint. Of note, painting was delayed one day because of scheduling issues on their end however they were quick to notify us and rescheduled the very next day. We received estimates from other companies on Angie's list however Truguard gave us a lower estimate and were the most responsive and personable. We would use their services again.

We had had a roof leak and another company come and look at it. They had informed us we needed a few maintenance items and quoted us almost $400, so when I saw the deal on Angies List I decided to try out this company to get the maintenance done. I am so glad I did. When they got to the house (a few minutes early even) they immediately handed me a folder that included their insurance and bonding information, it was a comfort to have that. Then they got to work right away and really didn't disturb me until they were done. I had asked them to put a vent cover back up as well (on the side of the house- but so far up I didnt have a ladder to reach) and they did and even put some sealant around so it wouldn't come off so easily. They let me know my roof was in good shape and what they had done (caulking spots for reinforcement mainly) and that what the other company had told me just wasn't the case and that a small amount of caulk fixed that problem. I was pleased to hear it and glad I used this company, I will continue to use them in the future needs for maintainence and my roof.

Great experience. They responded promptly, scheduled the appointment easily, showed up on time, performed the work as planned, cleaned up afterwords and all in all were very professional. Will definately look to use them again in the future.

The first time I contacted TruGuard I made a note on my Angie's List coupon, "Nice people!". This company has been the most dependable, punctual, and professional company I have ever dealt with. Two representatives, Christian and Jeff, arrived at my home the first time to measure and give me an estimate for a new roof. They were professional, prepared to show me materials, and answer my many questions. Since my insurance company had set a deadline for the work to be completed, I was concerned that I /we wouldn't be able to meet it. They gave me their best price, and were very accommodating about scheduling the work. Joe, who works in the office, responded quickly every time I had a question. A work crew arrived early and completed the job in one day. The company owner came by. The workers removed all debris before they left. The next day Christian returned to do a final inspection and make sure all nails and materials were disposed of. A good company will give an estimate and perform the job well. A great company stands by their committment to satisfy their customer, even after the job is done. We had an unforeseen and unavoidable issue with my air conditioner. TruGuard couldn't have been more concerned and cooperative in seeing that the air conditioner was repaired. This is what impressed me the most. They could've argued, stalled, walked away. They didn't. They were more concerned than I was. Without a doubt, I would recommend them any time to anyone.

The company was a pleasure to work with and maintained great communication. They showed great patience and flexibility with our miscommunication. They only needed about 10-20 shingles for the repair and I bought an entire bundle from Lowe's. I should have asked them to leave the leftover shingles behind.

TruGuard provided a very reasonably priced service - an inspection of the roof and seams, joints, etc. They repaired a few loose shingles, cauled around vents and flashing, and inspected the roof for any issues. It was a great preventative maintenance service.

I used an Angie's List special deal for this project. The person who came out was very professional and the job was worth the money. He was very responsive and came out within a week to do the job; the technician came 30 minutes early. I will use them again in the future.
