he arrived on time, clean uniforms, clean equipment, very c0urtious. completed all work contracted and everything looked beautiful.

He provided a great service, made my carpet look like new, and I was impressed with the service; however, he took much longer than I anticipated. he recommended another service and I ended up paying more than the deal offered on Angie's list.

Tony and company kept in touch and set expectations. Here is an example: We live in a new development and know that navigations systems do not always give the right directions. He called to make sure we knew he was in the area and would be there shortly; the appointment was for 9 AM and were here on time even with the GPS delay. How can you fault someone for GPS errors? We are pleased with the service and will recommend to family and friends, and will be used for future needs.

It went very well. The carpet looks fabulous!! The process they used was excellent. What impressed me most was the drying time. I actually took an hour to dry! Very professional and I got alot of valuable info from Tony on caring for my carpet.

The response time was fantastic! Gave me my first choice of time and was at the house a few minutes before scheduled time. He did a fantastic job on the front and back stairs. The carpet looks brand new. With three little children and neon blue stuck on carpet--all came out (not the children but the children caused all kinds of unusual things on carpet as well as two cats). Would not use anyone except Tony. Highly recommend.

My home is a large, two story house with a three bay mechanics shop attached. The carpet in my house is white throughout, including the stairs. I operate an office inside the house in addition to operating my garage. Over the years my carpet got heavily soiled and I was never satisfied with any cleaning job that was previously attempted. I thought that I was going to have to replace my carpet when a friend told me about Tony. When Tony's Carpet Care cleaned my house in 2011, I could not believe the difference! I had them clean it for the second time, I waited much longer than I should have. Between me, my wife, my children and the pets, I was not sure that even Tony could help us this time. But, I was amazed again! All of our dirt, pet stains and orders were gone and the carpet looks like new again. Tony & Tim worked hard and are true professionals. I definitely got my money's worth and I have asked Tony to call me in one year for another cleaning, so I can keep my carpets looking nice year round. He guaranteed our satisfaction, changed whatever we wanted and did everything we asked him to!

Meticulous with furtniture and guards under legs, trustworthy, on time, responsive for emergency "accidents" and a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable advice on what to use/not use for incidental stain removal. Highly recommended.

The carpet stains are gone. The carpets look clean and fluffy and they smell fresh. During the service time, Tony put down materials to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up meticulously. It has been a month since the service and none of the stains have returned.

Tony and Tim showed up on time and immediately walked me through their process and what to expect. That were professional and cared about making me satisfied and happy. I have used Tony's Carpet Care for 10 plus years and they always exceed my expectations. They are very responsive with emergency situations - we have two dogs and use to have a cat too so emergencies come up - and work to meet my schedule. You will not find a more reliable company that will care for all your Carpet and Upholstry cleaning and maintaining needs!!

Tony and Tim are both courteous and efficient. I think it speaks volumes when you find that they are known not only in their industry but in the furniture and flooring industries, as well.

Carpet looks brand new and smells awesome! Tony explained everything in great detail with very clear after care instruction. Very professional job by the owner himself and great value for excellent work. I will recommend to everyone and definitely use again. Although, with the quality of the work performed, I don't anticipate needing his service again any time soon.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Tony's Carpet Care. I have used Tony for many years now. They are expensive, but I promise that they are worth every penny!!!! Tony has helped me out not once, but twice when my carpets needed to be cleaned right before I closed on my last two houses!!! They are hands down the best carpet care company in Charlotte!!!

They did the job that they were hired to do but I DO NOT feel that they were anywhere near the expectations I had based on Tony's description of himself. His services were fine but not worth paying more than double what others are charging for the same work.

The carpet appeared cleaner initially but soon began to show dirt easily and did not resist stains like it did prior to having the carpet cleaned. It became very clear that the cleaning materials that were used on our carpet stripped the stain resistant material from our carpet. The carpet is easily soiled and the overall appearance is not acceptable. We contacted Tony to discuss our issue and he claimed that the cleaning material that he used could not have altered the stain resistant quality of our carpet. However, he also indicated that he could have added a stain resistant treatment to our carpet when he did the cleaning. This was news to us since he never informed us about that option when we contracted with him to clean the carpet. Had we known of the potential loss of the stain resistant quality of the carpet we would have gladly paid extra when we had our carpet cleaned. In a letter, we offered to pay for the stain resistant treatment if he cleaned our carpet again.

TONY'S WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY THE CARPET MANUFACTURER'S REP. THEY ONLY DO BUSINESS BY WORD OF MOUTH, THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE. CARPET WAS CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY STEAM CLEANED. STAINS WERE REMOVED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCEPTIONAL.
