I had called one company that didn't return my call. The following week I called that company back, along with a new one (Tint Masters). Mark returned my call almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He tinted the window that day and did a great job matching the others. I was pleased with his promptness.
Description of Work: We recently purchased a home that had a broken window that needed to be replaced. Once it was replaced we needed that window tinted to match the others in our great room.

Mark Roach did a great job installing. He was on time for the estimate and also for the installation. Mark was very professional. He did a great job with the tint all the way to cleanup. The windows were even cleaned afterwords. Tint Master was recommended to me from my neighbors and I would certainly recommend him to other members. A job well done!
Description of Work: Tint Masters installed tint on two second story large windows and a sunlight in our kitchen.

Tint-Masters arrived on time and gave us an estimate which was within a few dollars of a competitor. We went with the other company, as they were able to supply us with several of our neighbors as references.

I HAD A GREAT RESPONSE TIME FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE TRANSACTION. VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. COMPLETE APPRAISAL AND INFO GIVEN ON INTRODUCTION. GREAT SET UP AND CLEAN UP. GREAT SATISFACTION WITH COMPLETED JOB.
