When I called to get the initial pricing is was different than what was presented when the guy finished up the services. The contract read a commitment needed in order to get the price I was quoted and that was not explained to me on the call. Had I not read through the agreement he asked me to sign, I would not have known.

They come quarterly. No bugs. The price is fine; it's fair. If I don't have all A's, I would not be using whatever it was again. I think there's enough providers around that you ought to be able to find somebody that you're really happy with, and so whoever I'm using for whatever, I'm really happy. They're not doing my lawn itself. Now, they might be out on the lawn along the house, but they're not doing the lawn, because if there's anything for bugs, say in the lawn, that's my lawn person. But they come into the house and they do explain the chemicals they use.

They were a stellar. They found every single ant around my house, they were just fabulous.

Service was excellent. The service tech, Bradley, waited patiently for the HVAC serviceman to arrive so that he could treat the inside of the HVAC unit where ants had been seen. Bradley made sure that I knew that if I saw any live bugs to call and they would return. Bradley was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions regarding product, future services, cost and checking at the last minute to see if I would receive a discount for being a member of Angie's List, which they did. I would definitely recommend Thomas Pest Control.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Johnathan was the pest control tech and was super friendly and professional. He was here within 30 minutes of scheduled time. He was thorough and expedient! I look forward to working with them in the future.

They seemed to have good reviews locally and I was pleased. They were professional, did the job and they were on time. I think their price was a little more than the competition.

Thomas normally come out quartely, but the bugs came back quicker that ususal, and Thomas rushed out here and took care of them. They very punctual and helpful. They are very careful, since we have animals.

We have been using Thomas Pest Control for our quarterly pest control service since Jun 2012. We are very pleased with the service - my husband especially enjoys the fact that the technician takes down spider webs (and spiders) on the outside of the house given that we live on a heavily wooded lot. My only hesitation in signing a second annual contract is that I feel they are are a bit above the market from a pricing perspective. I have already changed providers of mosquito control because Thomas Pest Control is about 25% higher than other providers and, since this treatment needs to be done every 21 days or so the difference in price over the course of a summer is substantial.

I called Thomas Pest Control, Inc., which I found on Angie's List, and scheduled an appointment. The scheduler was very pleasant and informative. I used the Angie's List 20% off coupon. Kennis called before arriving and treated the interior and exterior (also knocked down all of the spider webs and killed the spiders on the exterior of the house. Kennis was very pleasant, personable and thorough. I will definitely use them again and request Kennis to come out and treat the house

The young guy that came in was very courteous and very helpful, and he put on little slippers and so in the house. Their service was very good, and they were rated an A. I think, overall, their price was reasonable considering the time. They came in a little early the first day because my wife had to rush out.

I find the people very nice, prompt, never had any issues with repeat calls, they usually just come out and do the outside but if I have to have them come inside they never back out of it or anything. They just come and I have actually been using them for six years. I give them a big A for overall and for price I give them an A. Six years ago and periodically I check with other companies and I still think we get a good rate since we have two homes. I will use them again in the future because there is no way we are getting rid of them.

I am very pleased with them. I've used them for a couple of years now. They are pleasant and their service is great.

I have two houses on contract with him. I like his staff. They call me and remind me about the appointment. They have a great follow-up program. They try to make the termite treatment affordable. He sends me an annual report. I have found him to be one of the least-expensive people to do the treatment. He is very good. He makes suggestions that I may not have thought about.

They scheduled an appointment and then called my renters to say they would have to reschedule. They never spoke with me about the cancellation. I feel they should have been more professional about calling and telling me they wouldn't be out there.

The folks at Thomas Pest Control were very professional and prompt in taking care of this for us - they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and were very reasonably priced for this service. I certainly can't ask for more than that - I would absolutely use them again!

I have only been here a year. They were the ones that treated the house when it was built. I have been really pleased so far with their service and response. They are very friendly and accommodating for what I want. The pest control that I used before I moved here would not automatically call me to make an appointment quarterly even though I signed a contract with them to treat my house quarterly. They still required me to call and make the appointment. I didn’t want to do that. But Thomas Pest Control people call me automatically to make an appointment. They are more responsive to what I want. They spray the inside and outside of the house quarterly. They also check for termites. Their price is pretty much in line with others. One time I had scheduled and I had a family emergency. He came to the door but I couldn’t let them in. They understood my problem and were accommodating.

Their service department, which includes their employees, is very knowledgeable. I’ve used them for about 10+ years. My development uses them all the time and they’re excellent!

I moved into this house 3 years ago and they handle the bug service and the termite traps around the house. They come twice a year to clean those off and put stuff in them. They are fine and they have done a good job so far. They have been good and they haven't missed a lick. They call and say that they are going to be in the area and that I am due and can they come out the next day. They do the traps outside and the extermination inside. They are not cheap. They are responsive; they call me.

We had a problem with ants, spiders and earwigs inside and out of our home. They did a great job inspecting our home, then talked to us about what they needed to put down and how their products work. They took a lot of time doing so. They where very friendly and professional. We also use this company for a termite warranty. They come out once a year to inspect our home and make sure we are not having any problems.

I had found yellow jackets entering a hole beneath the water spigot on my deck. I called and someone was sent out the next morning. The gentleman arrived on time, inspected the problem, then told me what he would do and how much it would cost, which was very reasonable not including the coupon I had printed from the website for another $10.00 off. He sprayed a powder solution into the hole four times and told us to remain away from the backyard area for 24 hours. It's been over a month and we haven't had another problem.

Thomas treated all of the buildings in our community when they were being built and continues to do so once a year under the warranty. He is very easy to work with and is always willing to work around our schedules to be accommodating. The price is also relatively low and he provides great quality.

We didn't have any bugs afterward, so I would certainly recommend them.

They also give you a certificate to keep the termite warranty in place. We have been using them for 3 years and we have never had any problems with them. They are professional, responsive and punctual.
