Claudio did a good job on our fence repair.

Horrible! Used cheP materials. Each panel start breaking within 3 months. Fence net and nails started to come apart within few days of installation. Asking more money even after a written quote. I am in tears every time I see my fence. I have special need child that I needed to put the fence up for, so that he don't run away on the street. Gave more money than I had in my budget.

Warning! Claudio Levi (Dr. Fence, who also does General Contracting) demolished our bathroom then abandoned project. He admitted he owed us money. None received. We sued and won judgement. He refuses to pay award. We left reviews on sites. My wife bumped into him at Lowe's and when she asks; When will you pay us our money? He starts Cursing and dropping "F Bombs" at her. (I was not there). This character is a powder keg that can go off at any moment. What a coward of a person! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM He'll ask for 50% or more up front and the check to be written out in his name (NOT HIS BUSINESS) then he will cash the check within 15 minutes after leaving you. Beware! Research his other Negative Reviews! Stay away from this Con Artist. Learn from our experience. He has no morals. I am a disabled senior citizen (67). He cares not who he preys on. Again! CHECK HIS NEGATIVES! You will find that other seniors have been victimized by him. I will be posting this on other web sites to reach out so others will not be scammed. In closing, today is Veterans Day. I want to thank all those who have served and especially my Comrades at Arms. For my friends and neighbors in Texas, Remember the Alamo!

Claudio and crew did an excellent job breathing new life into our 15 year old split rail fence for half the cost of full replacement!! We are very pleased. Thank you, Claudio!

Claudio just finished fencing in our backyard and we are very pleased with the outcome. He is very customer service oriented, great in communication and exceeded our expectations. Our yard was a challenge because it slopes in areas but it was not an issue for Claudio. Looks great!

This person, Claudio Levi, who parted ways with us after gutting our bathroom literally stole our money. but; he claimed that he was a professional & that I should take him to Court if I wanted to retrieve any of it. So I do take him to Union County Court & he loses. He appeals. He loses again! Over a period of 3years I tried to amicably resolve this matter before seeking satisfaction from the Judicial System. Well, it has been well over 3 months since the Judgement was awarded in my favor. I have not yet seen a dime from this so called professional hence the reason for this review. Oh, and by the way, he even had an attorney in his corner whereas I did not! Heed my words, do not do business with CLAUDIO LEVI!!!! You will probably. regret the day that you do! He also does business as "Capstone Const.". Lesson learned: DO NOT hire this fence installer NO matter what he claims his credentials are! Check his reviews on his websites for Dr. Fence. I don't know how this character sleeps at night. In the end, he will get his!

Project began 12/10/2013, still incomplete 5 months later, non-responsive to multiple contact attempts, prefers texts, Removal of old split rail completed within first week; installed the selected style three weeks later missing original timeline, did not retain property line integrity by coming inside of old fence line 18 - 24 inches, requested remediation which was not to my satisfaction; owner was out due to medical issues for some period of time but was not disclosed as the reason for lack of response or time delays; the fencing installed is of qood quality, Hudson Fencing product, what was installed was done well; i cannot get the project completed, two sections of handrails down the only steps wihtin the project are still outstanding and incomplete; the owner committed to completion three weeks ago and yet it is not done; lacks professionalism
