Description of Work: SHORTLY AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH TERRY MCDONALD AND PAID HIM A $4600 DEPOSIT, HE FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY AND WE LOST ALL OF OUR MONEY. ALL OF THAT MONEY IS GONE, AND WE HAVE NO WAY TO RECOUP IT.

Description of Work: TORE DOWN AND EXITING DECK, REDID AND ENLARGED. ADDED COLUMNS AND A PERGOLA AND TERRY IS GREAT AND WE ARE REALLY ENJOYING IT.
