Overall bad experience. It felt like pulling teeth to have anything done/corrected and when eventually done, was accused of wanting "free stuff". The owner was the least professional person I've ever encountered. Day 1 of the project I realized we had made a mistake...Will absolutely not recommend them to anyone. Totally unprofessional.

Awful administration. Luis(owner) is the rudest and most unprofessional contractor I have dealt with. His own words "I am doing this business on side. I don't care about customers or their reviews. " . Brian Lewis (sales person) over sells and says anything get a quote/contract signed. He won't show up once project starts. Luis doesn't care about what was promised. There were some stuff that were promised and not delivered. We offered to pay to get that done but Luis said 'we wont do it'. No explanation, jus won't do it.They wanted to cut corners and get rid of the project. Sunmar sent us an email about leveling around the hardscaping which was supposed to be done in order to finish the project. On the last day, they didn't want to pay for the soil so they decided to dig in OUR woods to use that soil to level without our permission. They were cutting cornered anywhere they could. Terrible and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go with a contractor who cares about his business and customers. I normally don't post reviews but I don't want anyone to go through what I have been through.

Other contractors did not want to do the job due to the small path around the side of the house to bring equipment and supplies to the wall area - Luis assured me that they would have enough room and drive carefully enough with their equipment, and sure enough, did the job without any issues. The wall and lawn look great, and they were able to complete the jobs in the times promised.
