My shower glass was clear (see through) and I needed an opaque film.

Called for a quote and received a detailed explanation of all the options. Scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. Monica Price is the customer service representative and she is friendly, professional and made me feel very confident of the process. Mike (the owner) went over the car in great detail and again explained how the films were applied, Jason did the work and did a fantastic job. The car looks great!

Quick 1st Class service; unusual for me to need same day service on this type work, though circumstances required and this location of Sun Stoppers was able to accommodate me.

I called to schedule the appointment. The guy on the phone was very informative and professional, When I got there for my appointment, they showed me to the waiting room and made sure I was comfortable before promptly taking my car back to apply the window tinting. They finished the job within the allotted time and I was on my way!

I was concerned about whether the front windows would match the rear windows, since the rear windows have factory-tinted glass. However, everything looks great from the outside of the vehicle, and one would have to look very closely to see any difference between the front and rear windows. I was also concerned that there would be ugly bubbles, discoloration, or streaking that would develop over time. However, after two years, the windows look as great now and they did the day I had the work done. I do a lot of driving and the sun coming in from the sides can be a real uncomfortable distraction. The window tinting has eliminated these issues and the car stays noticeably cooler during the summer when parked in the direct sunlight. Will definitely use again for my other vehicles, and would highly recommend the service.

Gordon is a master at adding Suntek PPF to the bumper, mirrors and a portion of the hood. The job done was PERFECT with the film being barely visible even on the hood! He did exactly what he said he would do and did it on time. I could not be happier with the price which was 40% less than Tint World wanted to charge. I highly recommend Gordon of Sun Stoppers for your "clear bra" auto needs.

They did a very good job and I will use them again. They did very well, I made an appointment and they came over. They are very quick, and they did a very good job. They are a little bit expensive because it is a life time warranty, and the products they use are best quality.

No trouble making an appointment. They finished sooner than stated. I was provided warranty and cleaning information. The car looks great.

I left a message through Angie's List on 3/10, requesting someone contact me regarding some window tinting. I did not receive a phone call or an email or a message through Angie's List. On 3/18, I sent another message and I have never heard from this company. If this is the way they do business, then I would avoid doing any business with them. I contacted another company and received a phone call within a few hours. That is someone who cares about prospects and customers.

Had to reschedule because of snow storm to the next day. Team showed up earlier than appointment time and finished work within the hour. Happy with end result. Their estimate was about 20% less than competitors for custom film.

I have taken all my cars to the Lake Norman Location. I bought a new Infinit G37 and am really satisfied. I didn't have an appt but I spoke to Rob at that location and he said bring it in Sat morning(I got there right when they opened), and it was completed in about 30 minutes. ( he had a partner helping).

It went well. The folks I dealt with at the Albemarle Rd location were very responsive, patient and informative despite being very busy. They did great work and stayed late the night before to deliver the car on time. The only knock I have is they did not honor an agreed price but I believe it was definitely an honest mistake because they just forgot. I would and in fact intent to use them again and have them reflect their agreed price on this job in the next job.

The windows are still great to this day. Everything went well. They followed up well, and kept appointments. They do good work.

Ken gave us great advice on which tint should be used to provide less UV and heat from the sun without blocking all the sunlight. The installers worked quickly and in a professional manner. They were all knowledgeable and on time for appointments.

Great experience with Sun Stoppers... They had my car scheduled for window tinting and quoted a great rate. After completion of the service I noticed a wrinkle in the tint in the front passenger window and reported it. Sun Stoppers promptly had me rescheduled for a follow up appointment and redid the front passenger window tint. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

They were very good and professional. I felt their quality of work was good.

For some reason, they put the coating on the outside of the windows instead of the inside of the windows. Naturally, it does not stand up to weather, bugs, birds, etc. Now the windows are super cloudy and you can hardly see out of them. I have called Sunstoppers every day for 5 days in a row and have left messages each time with the receptionist. She keeps telling me that she has passed my call onto the "residential department" but nobody has yet returned my call after 5 attempts. This is unexeptable service to me! So not only did they ruin my windows, I can't even get them to call me back so they can rectify it!

Sun Stoppers Window Tinting were easy to work with, have flexible hours, and they were recommended to me by a colleague. Their prices are fair, they do good work, and they are quick. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Got an estimate to tint windows in our great room. Pricing was fair but decided I would hold off before taking on more expenditures before christmas.
