Everyone who comes out always does a wonderful job with the clean up. I am disabled and I have pets in my home so the house can get trashed pretty quickly. I pay them on a weekly basis. I give them A's across the board for everything.

I was in a pinch (company arriving), I have a 2 and a 3 year old and our regular house cleaning service wasn't available on short notice, but our house needed some serious cleaning that I didn't have time to do before they arrived. When I called and explained the job at hand, Silvana said she needed to check with her 'girls' to see if they could work on Saturday afternoon . . . she called me back with good news. She came by, surveyed the house and quoted me an estimate. We worked out arrangements of when they would be here, etc. Silvana arrived on time and they got right to work. With very few exceptions, a little dust on a blind or a French door here and there, they did an excellent job. They even replaced a light bulb in one of my bathroom fixtures after they cleaned it! ,

I have two dogs that shed, i'm a clutter bug and my house was out of control. This group came in and helped me organize my life!! They did a deep clean, and now come in every two weeks to clean my house. They do my sheets, laundry, baths, and even help me eliminate clutter. They are very honest and reliable. i've recommended to several friends..

We love Silvana and are so glad to have her clean our house. She is always on time, is extremely trustworthy and take pride in what she does. I love coming home when I know she's been here because it always smells so clean and looks fantastic. I definitely think she is fair in her pricing as well. This is the best housekeeping services I have ever received. Silvana communicates well and is very dependable. The thing that is most amazing is the sweetness she and her team bring into our home. They seem to really enjoy their work and it shows in the care and attitude expressed each and every time. Her service to this family is truly a gift. Prior to Silvana, I would feel incredible pressure to pick up the house before they came. I would benefit from the clean house but the stress leading up to the cleaning was always felt. I still pick up the house prior to the cleaning but I just don't feel the stress I have with others.

She was very prompt, courteous, and did a very good job. I think the job took her about two and a half hours and there were two or three people with her. The price was very reasonable too.

Silvana is very easy to work with and punctual and always gives a head's up when a situation arises and they need to change schedule (rare, very rare). I feel like I can count on them and am very rarely even home when they come. Patricia and Lupe have cleaned my home. Now that Patricia is having a baby, just Lupe cleans and you would not know the difference she still gets done what the two of them used to do. I think it has been about 6 or 8 months that I have been using their services. Very pleased.

We've been using this company weekly for almost a year. Our experiences have been consistently and highly positive. The house looks so nice when they're done that we could throw a party.

I now have a cleaning twice a month. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the job. Aldana is our regular person and she is great. She does all the regular items but usually does one or two big jobs (i.e. the fridge or oven) once a month. She's made it clear that special things can be done on request as well.

We have used them now for several months and are pretty happy with the results. Silvana is always very professional, courteous and very reliable as well as flexible (we had to reschedule a few times on short notice). She always comes with one of her employees and they usually clean our house in about 2-3 hours. They are always willing to help and listen, if there are some special requests (eg. some help with folding laundry, etc.).

I have loved the service I have received. Every two weeks I come home to a perfectly cleaned home. Silvana is very responsive to all of my emails and special requests. They are also wonderful to my dog, who is home alone with them most of the time. I have been home a few times while they're cleaning and he gets so excited to see them and gives them kisses, so I know he enjoys his time with them when I am not home. I also find that they do little extras that I am not expecting. If I forget to pick up a glass, I will find it clean when I come home, or when I forget to put my shoes away, I will come home to find them in my closet. They do a thorough cleaning that exceeds my expectations.

I've used several cleaning services and never, ever has anyone done such a detailed and thorough job. My husband saw them working and came to tell me "you're gonna want these ladies to come back!" I told him I had already scheduled it. I'll be having them clean every two weeks as long as I live in this house!

Silvana showed up promptly for the initial visit. For the first cleaning, she does a "deep clean" - she spent three hours with a co-worker on our home. They were professional, beyond thorough, and punctual.

Silvana and her team continue to exceed expectations. She and her team are very detail oriented. (An example is they run our cleaning rags they use in the washing machine before they leave.) We turned to them when our previous cleaner was consistently missing cleaning areas of our house. She has a very professional and pragmatic view on her work that I appreciate and welcome that. I would recommend them for house cleaning without reservation.

Our house is spotless when they finish. Details are not overlooked. We have three dogs, and they do a wonderful job making sure our house doesn't smell 'doggie' and everything is clean. They have been cleaning our house for over a year and the service has been excellent from the beginning. We are so happy with this service and everyone does an outstanding job. If anything changes in our schedules, they are flexible and great communicators.

I could not have a higher level of trust for Silvana and her crew. They are reliable, thorough and truly caring. They are great with our dog and have on occasion even lent a hand with our newborn. I don't think we could find a better cleaning service.
