At first I started with Swedish massage, but then experimented with deep tissue and that is where I found the profound preventative effect this technique had on my lower back, shoulder and neck muscles. Really, insurance should cover this. It is much more effective than the cortisone injections insurance gladly pays for at 100 times the cost! I go every week now. It is such a small price to pay for so much relief, the ability to keep moving, and enjoy the wonderful game of golf!
Description of Work: Scott provides me with a deep tissue massage that allows me to pursue my favorite sport, golf. I have spinal stenosis. It has meant three herniated discs in my cervical spine and another three in my lumbar spine. In addition, I had surgery on my cervical spine to stop the nerves from being pinched. I had actually lost considerable strength in my right arm because of this. Normally after golf I am in considerable pain. No more, the deep tissue massage actually allows me to golf 18 holes and emerge feeling fine! It is truly a godsend!
