TIMS WORK IS HIGH QUALITY, FINISHED WORK ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD, AND HIS WORK IS GUARANTEED. I KNOW THAT EVERY JOB HE DOES WILL BE RIGHT OR HE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. THATS NOT THE BEST PART, HES EASY TO TALK TO AND COMMUNICATES CLEARLY FOR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING.
Description of Work: TIM HAS DONE OVER A DOZEN SMALL AND MEDIUM INSTALLATIONS AND REPAIRS IN OUR HOME. REPLACED GARAGE DOOR OPENER, WATER HEATER, SERVICED HEAT PUMPS, INSTALLED OUTDOOR LIGHTING, REPLACED SWITCHES, BUILT SHELVING ETC. COMPLETES EVERY JOB PROVIDES ACCURATE PARTS/LABOR ESTIMATES. PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE IF NOT LOWER. WORK SITE IS OFTEN CLEANER AFTER HE FINISHES.
