* We have been in the business of making clients Dreams come true for over 20 years * Our Dependable subcontractors have been our Associates for years. * We can help you design your project as we have years of experience in adding valuable input to the process. * There is never a fee for consultation or providing quotes. * As most of our work is one of a kind we price the job based on the actural material and labor estimates for the project plus 15%. * Although most of our work is done on a fixed contract we also offer a cost plus basis on larger projects if a client desires. * Very experienced in Green Building practices. * Ross is a rare innovative builder with several product patents. He has an engineering background from Vanderbilt University and is involved in every project. Very knowledgeable and never pushy. Dedicated to making every project fun. * Typical projects range from $15,000 to $3,000,000.
