+ -1 moreThey are excellent. They are punctual with estimates and their work. This is the only tree service I use now and have used them for years. When they are done with their work it doesn't look like they have even been here.
Description of Work: I used them for tree removal and cleanup.

+ -1 moreIt did not go well at all. He seemed to be concerned that I was upset at what was going on with the tree in the front. In fact he didn't even walk over to me until I forcefully told his foreman to have the guy cutting the branches stop. When he did come over he was all smiles and laughs. He treated me as though I was stupid and made excuses for what his men had done. His customer service skills are poor at best. If you want your trees carefully trimmed stay away from them they don't have the skill level to do a good job. I should have remembered that "you get what you pay for" I jumped at a good price before thinking it out. When I asked for a refund doe to the destruction he did to my tree in the front he agreed to come by and pay be. That was almost 2 months ago...I haven't heard from him.
Description of Work: He was asked to trim back tree branches from trees on one side of the house and in the back. He was also asked to cut about 10 feet from the top of a tall tree in the front yard. He did not inform me when he was coming to do the job. The trees on the side of the house were done OK. He did some of the trees in the back but not the one I told him I was most concerned about, I had to point it out just before he left. When I went out front to pay him his worker had already cut off most of the branches from the tree in the front and wasn't even near the top yet. As I let him know I wasn't happy with that and his man just kept cutting branches off. By the time I got him to understand I was upset it was too late. The tree is now missing all of its branches. A beautiful shade tree is now ruined because this company doesn't understand how to carefully 'top' a tree. It will be years until it grows back and the 'curb appeal' of my house is horrible. I only wish that the Feb. 2011 issue of the Angie's List magazine had arrived a couple of months earlier, I would have used a certified tree service company.
