Jean rearranged his schedule to accommodate our request and made it happen. The new roof, upgrades for the underlayment and removal of satellite dish were all done in a day. Really appreciate the professionalism and top quality work by Jean at Renoir Renovations.

Jean was very prompt in returning my request for services on very short notice. He and his team member were courteous and professional, as well as very responsive to my concerns. They performed an inspection for anything around the roof and inside the attic that may come up on an inspection, since we are selling our home. They were able to fix the issues that day and Jean said he would be happy to assure the new home buyers personally that our roof is in good condition. We were very pleased with the level of service provided by Jean and his team and would definitely use Renoir Restorations again.

Came out immediately on a Sunday to survey the damage and give guidance. Assisted with insurance adjuster and attended appointment with him. Managed around summer heat and scheduled and completed roofing in one day due to storms. (did not leave roof unfinished and tarped as I have seen on others.) Followed up as needed.

Many of our neighbors went back to their same roofers that they had used four years before to find out they were long gone. Renior was easy to find again. Both times they did a very good job and we were pleased with the results. We had a couple follow-up questions after the fact and they have been right there to answer the questions and to help us. So overall we have been very happy with the product that was supplied as well as customer service. We will be a returning customer if necessary.

Working with the Renoir team was a great experience from start to finish. When I requested quotes from some other roofing companies, they said they would adjust their quote later if needed. However, Westley at Renoir asked me what I was looking for, and then provided his most competitive cost from the very beginning. No haggle or hassle. Their quote included a couple of "upgrades" over the others, as well as being the most competitive overall in cost. His guys came out early in the morning and worked non-stop all day. They were very efficient and very fast! Not only did they provide a great job on the roof, but their clean up after was amazing. I've been around the house a few times, and haven't found a single nail. This was really important to me because I've heard horror stories of other roofing company "clean up" nightmares. The team that Renoir sent to my home was very courteous and respectful, and provided great work with great clean-up afterwards. AND...their price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend them and/or use them again if ever needed.

He and a helper came, inspected damaged to ceiling inside close to chimney. Climbed into attic to inspect chimney and water damage. Climbed onto roof to inspect and caulk around chimney. (Cracks and holes had allowed rain to enter attic and cause damage on ceiling)

Awesome. We had our old roof, which was rotted, removed, new decking on part of the roof was needed, quality felt, and shingles were installed.

The project was complete in a timely manner. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we will be working with this Company again on current and future projects.

Everything went very well from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the results of the work done. We will most definitely be utilizing Renoir Restoration for future projects such as siding repair/replacement, roofing, gutter work, etc.

The owner came out and inspected our roof for leaks. No leaks were found and advice was very helpful.

I really couldn't ask for a company to do better work. Every time the came out they were on time or a few minutes early. They did exactly what they said they would do and it was done very professionally. During the roof installation, the roofing crew had a can of spray point explode in the bed of a pickup truck and some of it ended up on my driveway and garage door. When I notified them, they were here an hour later working to remove it. They ended up having my garage door repainted and I ended up with a new painter whom I have since used. No matter how good the company, issues occasionally happen. They measure of a quality company is how the deal with those issues. Mine was minor and yet Renoir went to great lengths to ensure we were satisfied. This company didn't ask for a dime until they completed my new roof and then they asked for 50%. After the gutters were completed I paid the rest. We won't hesitate to use Renoir again.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Renoir Restoration.Everyone involved was very efficient and professional. Matthew was outstanding. From beginning to end he was there and responded immediately when needed. He took care of everything with the insurance company and made it simple and painless for us. All the workmen were excellent also.The house looks beautiful and we would definitely recommend there services.

After meeting with many roofing companies for free estimates, we went with Renoir Restoration and worked with West Miller. West was very professional and was great at communicating with us. Renoir Restoration showed up on time, completed replacing our entire roof in one day and did not leave behind any debris! They did a fantastic job! We knew we made the right choice! Lastly, West followed up with us to make sure everything was completed to our standards. Overall, it was a great pleasure working with a team of professionals.

Wes from Renoir was incredibly responsive to our request for an estimate and remained as responsive throughout the process. Due to weather and the size of our roof, it took a few days to complete the job. The team did a great job of showing up when needed and provided updates during the process. They worked with our insurance company when a supplement was required and the process was smooth. We would definitely use them again.

After getting estimates from (2) roofing contractors (both were highly rated on Angie's List and BBB), we quickly decided to go with Renoir Restorations. Jean Rish is the owner of the business and he was the first one to climb on my roof and inspect the damage. We were very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. Westley Miller was assigned to our project and he was very quick to get us on the schedule. West was extremely prompt in answering our questions and keeping us informed every step of the way. It was a very rainy week when our roof was to be installed. On the day of the install, I was amazed to wake up and see that Renoir had sent (2) crews in order to beat the rain. They were organized and very professional. My roof was completed in a little over 6 hours. West was here throughout the day to make sure things were going well. At the end of the day, West was back to make sure that cleanup had been completed. He and Renoir are first class. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Very professional, showed up on time, willing to work around our schedule and just great to work with. The different teams that came to do the work were hard workers, polite and did not waste time.

We were very fortunate that it was covered by our insurance because the damage to our roof was done by hail storm previous year so they checked it and contacted the insurance company and they talked with the adjuster who came out and it all worked out very nicely. They did a great job of replacing the roof, matter of fact it was start at 7.30 they were out here at 3.30. They did it in 1 day. They took everything down to the joist, replaced decking and everything. The people of this company were very nice, and very professional. Their price was fair based on the my neighbor who had some work done and he had to have half the roof replaced and I think it cost him as much ours that ran a little bit more for the whole roof than what he did for the half he did. We build up a good rapport with them and we would use them again.

It was definitely a good experience and it was insurance covered but we felt it was all a fair price.

Installation went fine; workers were diligent and worked hard; they cleaned up all their debris at the end of the day. My only concern is that we have had a roof leak recently and could not get anyone with the company to return our phone call. That may hinder our using them again.

Our experience with Renoir was a pleasant experience. We met with Matt several times before signing a contract with him. I had several questions and my husband had several questions also. Matt was always quick to respond to our phone calls and questions. We took quite a bit of time checking out other roofing jobs they had done in our area (Cranberry, PA) and speaking with people who had used their services in the past. After we were satisfied with our research, all positive, we signed a contract. The day the work was started the guys showed up when they said they would, worked hard and smart and by 6:00pm the same day they were done. This was not a small job. Other contractors had told us our roof was at least a 3 day job and most likely 4 days. I'm so glad we went with Renoir. The day they did our roof you would never even know they had been here except for the beautiful new roof. That is how well they cleaned up after themselves. In the month since the work was completed I have found one nail in a flower pot on the back deck. We are so pleased that we are having them come back to do siding. I'll let you know how it goes!

They did a very good job, we were impressed, they did the whole house in one day, it really changed the look completely, there were four of them arrived at 7:00 am and they were done by 8:00 pm, they came back the following two days to put the fixtures back, pick up the unwanted stuff, examine the work and make sure that we are satisfied with the work. They even gave us an extra paint that they have to paint the garage frame and the kick plates.
