When it came down to scheduling the work, he was able to get me in very quickly and the work was done in one day. It was a great experience

Description of Work: Very responsible and willing to help with any issues, such as dealing with appraisals with the Insurance company. On time, and always pleasant. Did not take breaks or draw out the process. They clean up after themselves. I hope I don't need to, but if it ever came to my calling on them I would search no further.

Description of Work: IMPRESSIVE! I had a roof leak in need of repair. It is hard to find decent companies that understand and are interested in completing small repair jobs on roofs (I'd already had it repaired twice). Jean at Renoir was super professional and provided top-rate service. He confirmed the appointment time, was early, thorougly examined my roof, and repaired it on the spot! I wish I could remember the name of his employee because he did a great job. His price was more than fair. Jean even gave me tips and advice on another home-improvement project my son would like to complete. I have already passed his name along, and we will certainly use him in the future.

Description of Work: I had hail damage to my roof from a storm in April, 2011. After my insurance company, USAA, sent an adjustor to inspect the damage, Renoir Restoration removed the old roof down to the plywood and installed new felt and new architectural shingles. To my amazement. they started the work at 6:30 AM and, despite some light rain, they completed the job in a very professional fashion by 3 PM, thoroughly cleaned up all the debris, and were gone by 3 PM. When I discovered afterwards that the work on the roof had caused some cracks in the drywall ceiling of my uptstairs bedroom they quickly inspected the damage and not only repaired the cracks but totally repainted my bedroom ceiling. Their painter. Jaime, was extremely thorough and polite and professional, and he used a vacuuum to clean up all the debris before he left. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!

+ -1 moreWe had hail/wind damage to our roof. The quote for repair matched the amount the insurance would allow so we didn't have any out-of-pocket expense. The replacement went very well. The workers were prompt. They were careful with large plants though many of our smaller plants in our front flowerbed were damaged by dropping shingles off of the roof. The roof was removed and replaced in one day and the workers cleaned up with large magnets to pick up the roofing nails. We still find nails here and there, but in general they did a good job. There was some confusion with the skylights, but the company resolved the issue to our satisfaction. After completion, the owner came back to inspect the roof and one of the workers climbed up to tap down some spots. The owner and all of the workers were friendly and professional.
Description of Work: The old shingles and paper were removed. Boards were replaced. New felt, shingles, flashing, and vent pipe collars were put on. We also had our skylights replaced.

+ -1 moreThe insurance paid for a part of the cost and I paid the other part. They showed up on time. They were very punctual, very professional, and polite. It took them 8 hours to get the work done. They had plenty of workers and they worked quickly. They did a real good job cleaning up when they got done. So far I am very satisfied with what they did.
Description of Work: Renoir Restoration took the old shingles off and replaced the roof except for the wooden part.

+ 0 moreAn exceptionally good experience. All persons involved (including company principal Jean Rish) were punctual, courteous, and professional. Materials used were of excellent quality. Both jobs (the roof and the den repainting and repairs) were performed very professionally and competently in one day and all of the the individuals did an exemplary job of cleaning up after themselves. The company also assisted us in obtaining a partial settlement from our insurer after spotting damages to the roof that had occurred during a prior hailstorm. Based upon our personal experience, we would unhesitatingly recommend this service provider.
Description of Work: They replaced our roof using 30-year shingles and installed ridge vents. They also painted our den and repaired damages to its drywall and ceiling.

We had some difficulties with the mortgage holder who wanted to put the funds in a special account and hold all funds until the job was completed and they had done an inspection. Renoir was flexible with the situation and they were tolerant as well.
