I thought that they were flexible in terms of the focus of the project. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up afterwords very well. The only thing I thought was a little weird is that the guys working with the mold didn't use any type of reparations.

He seemed very thorough. The company gives a very nice internet report with pictures included. Scott explained problematic areas.

Terrific. Willie represents the company very well. He is courteous, timely, experienced, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Willie did an excellent job in keeping the builder on task and up to standards by making sure all the little details that could be overlooked during construction were not.

Doug Swanson represents his company well. He is very friendly, on time and dedicated to a well done inspection. He was able to talk to us both times verbally as he ended the inspections and on the phone later. He gave us the top three to five things he would be concerned about if buying each house. It really helped us in our decision making process. We would absolutely use this company again.

The overall experience was probably the best I ever had. Pam was very helpful scheduling & rescheduling our inspector due to a problem that was created by my builder and our inspector Doug found things that we would never had caught. He wasn't afraid to get dirty (crawl space/attic). I received my report very quickly via email and was very in depth. Overall very professional! Thank you NC Inspection Service

Although North Carolina Home was unable to perform the inspection themselves, due to my time constraints (I waited to long to call them!) they provided me with another inspector who was able to perform the inspection within my time frame, at a reasonable price and was actually early for our appointment. I appreciate the assistance that I received from North Carolina Home and Environmental Inspection as they saved me a lot of time and anguish. I also applaud their professionalism in being able to recommend someone else to help me.

VERY DETAILED REPORT AND WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. INSPECTOR WAS VERY THOROUGH AND TOOK HIS TIME TO LOOK AT EVERYTHING. MADE COMMENTS REGARDING WHETHER OR NOT ITEMS WERE UP-TO-CODE.

EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH (THE INSPECTOR, THE RECEPTIONIST, THE OWNER'S WIFE) WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE INSPECTOR EVEN MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR PHONE CALLS ON ITEMS WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND ON THE INSPECTION REPORT.

HAS NOT GIVEN ANY OFFICIAL DIAGNOSIS. PROVIDED AN AIR SUPPLY UNIT THAT I RENT ON A WEEKLY BASIS, SO FAR SO GOOD.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROMPT RESPONSE AND HELP ACCOMMODATING OUR TIMING. RON LANGLEY WAS GREAT - VERY, VERY THOROUGH (THE INSPECTION TOOK APPROX 3+ HOURS). I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH INSPECTORS IN THE PAST (OVERLOOKING OBVIOUS ITEMS) AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS INSPECTION AND FOLLOW UP. HE TOOK THE TIME TO WALK US THROUGH HIS COMMENTS (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE WEEKEND!).

I AM CURRENTLY HIRING THEM AGAIN FOR THE POST-REPAIR INSPECTION PRIOR TO PAYING THE CONTRACTOR. WILLIE IS GREAT!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. INSPECTOR WAS PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE AND REPORT WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED, ACCOMPANIED BY DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS. INSPECTOR ARRIVED EARLY, WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, ANSWERED QUESTIONS KNOWLEDGEABLY. COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO REQUEST FOR EXTRA FAXES AND E-MAIL COPIES FOR REALTOR AND HOME OWNER. GREAT SERVICE. WE HAD USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE TO INSPECT AN OLDER HOME IN CHARLOTTE AND LIKED THEM SO MUCH WE DECIDED TO USE THEM AGAIN WHEN WE DECIDED TO BUILD A HOUSE. WE ARE BUILDING WITH ONE OF THE TRACK BUILDERS SO WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE FRAMING OF THE HOUSE. THOUGH THE BUILDER''S SUBCONTRACTOR DID A GOOD JOB, WE WANTED TO BE SURE, SO WE HIRED NC HOME INSPECTION TO DO THE FRAMING INSPECTION. THEY WERE PROMPT, DETAIL ORIENTED AND TURNED THE REPORT AROUND TO US AND OUR BUILDER WITHIN 24 HOURS. WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR FINAL INSPECTION BEFORE WE CLOSE.

FROM THE START THIS COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE FIRST TIME I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE INSPECTORS THEMSELVES AND FINALLY TO THE DOCUMENTED REPORT. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY AND VERY THOROUGH MANNER. THEY SAW THINGS WE NEVER NOTICED AND DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING WITH SPECIFICS AND PICTURES. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

GOOD QUALITY WORK. VERY RESPONSIVE. RECEIVED SUMMARY INFORMATION THE SAME DAY. DID NOT GET $10 OFF AS PROMISED THOUGH.

REGARDING THE FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL I MADE TO GET ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION ON ITEMS NOTED IN THE REPORT - PLEASE BE AWARE THE INSPECTOR CANNOT JUST CALL BACK AT THE DROP OF A HAT SINCE HE IS OUT DOING INSPECTIONS. SINCE HE CAN ONLY CALL BETWEEN OR AFTER AN INSPECTION, SO IT MAY TAKE A HALF DAY OR SO TO CONNECT. THAT WAS FRUSTRATING TO THE SELLER, BUT I WOULD NOT WANT MY INSPECTOR STOPPING EVERY LITTLE WHILE TO ANSWER HIS PHONE WHILE DOING MY INSPECTION THAT I AM PAYING FOR!
