+ 2 moreMr. Bannister was at my home within an hour and completed all repairs quickly, professionally and extremely affordable. I plan on hiring him to do further work at my home. I feel so fortunate to have found someone who is honest, competent and really cares about solving problems with fair pricing. You cannot go wrong hiring Randy's Repairs and Maintenance!
Description of Work: Answered concerns that avoided unnecessary repairs, replaced chirping smoke alarm, replaced battery in 2nd alarm, replaced pressure valve on water heater, checked and turned on fireplace pilot light, replaced shower head, replaced burned out light in kitchen, replaced 2 tube florescent bulbs in garage, placed 2 glass shelves in china cabinet, carried heavy bookcase upstairs and checked outside electrical outlet.

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. If I were staying in Charlotte, I would definitely hire them again. They are very professional and easy to work with. + -1 moreRandy graciously offered to come on a holiday to work on my honey-do list. He and his son were on time, worked quickly, and were professional...cleaning up as they went so there was nothing left behind for me to clean up. There were some issues with the mounts I purchased for the TVs but they were able to quickly come up with a solution so they could install at least one of them. There are quite a few more items I added to my honey-do list and will definitely be using Randy for the work.

+ -1 moreRandy's estimates were very close to what he charged or even less. He and his son do a thorough job of high quality. He is extremely neat and never left a mess. He is very prompt in returning calls and maintaining appointments.
Description of Work: I utilized Randy to perform home repairs and painting needed to make my home more marketable in putting it up for sale. He patched drywall, fixed doors, stained decks, caulked, sanded and painted.

Description of Work: Randy & his Son fixed and repaired a long list of things we had to take care of on our Inspection report due to selling our home, ie, pluming, electrical, etc. He also took down a chandelier/light that we are taking with us when we move, and capped it for the new owners.

+ 2 moreHis prices are very reasonable. He is as honest as the day is long. He answers your call within an hour and says what he means. He never oversells and tells you how it is.
Description of Work: Randy installed a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. He has also changed electrical sockets and has installed a few doorbells. He also helps with outdoor and deck work. He does some plumbing and electrical work as well.

+ 0 moreWe simply gave him and list and he went one by one and completed them all. He not only did the carpentry, he completed the plumbing issues. We have yet to find something he can "not" do. He made our lives easier!
Description of Work: Thanks to Randy (and his son) we could close on our home. We were given an overwhelming list by the building inspector of repairs to complete, including many structural repairs. Randy and his son were able to complete each and every repair. Randy is one of the kindest, most genuine people you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. He is old school, with pride and integrity in his work.
