R. Simon's Lawn Care

I do not recommend R. Simon's lawn care. Unprofessional, poor customer service. Simon accepted the job and offered an estimate and then fell off the planet. He refused all attempts at communication. He said he would perform the job within a week of providing the estimate and now it's been months and no communication.

It went fine. No complaints.

The owner, Reese, arrived 10 min early for our scheduled appointment. He was friendly and professional. At the beginning of our meeting, he gave me his business card and printed references. He impressed me as being a contractor who prides himself on his integrity and the high quality of his work. He was also appreciative and sensitive to, the thought and work that we have put into our yard, landscape design, and flower gardens. The pricing that Reese quoted for mowing,blowing,edging,seeding and aeration was higher than our budget ; As a result, we will not be using his services at this time. At the same time, our research has shown that his pricing is competitive with other high quality providers.
