Horrific experience. Still have not heard from them, nor recovered my money.
Description of Work: I wrote this company a check on 09/10/2015 to install a whole new roof and as soon as they had my money they were gone.

missed that completion date for the fifth time. On Feb 6, by registered mail, I received a partial repayment of the money with a promise to pay additional money withing 30 days, minus some money for his expenses. My insurance company is fully informed and is helping me with this issue.
Description of Work: I gave an initial review as seen. I also contracted for a second job at that time, as of Sept, 2012. The job has never been done even though the necessary initial payment was made in Sept, 2012. I received promises every month that the job would be done and was given completion dates each time. Consistently, no one ever showed up to do the work and I would receive a phone call the day following the promised date-of-completion to give me excuses. In December, he admitted he had spent the money and promised to install the roof in Jan, 2013. On Feb 1, I informed him that I was going to file fraud charges, since he still had not shown up to put the roof on, having

[member name removed] was refunded (Our Choice) do to the false accusations of her funds being mis-used and the fact of no way to please her according to law & our company integrity. We install all projects according to the order in which it was recieved, unfortunately ALL weather changes (rain, sleet, snow etc.) are truly out of our control. [member name removed] was never not communicated with BEFORE a delay and certainly was never mislead in any way, at any time. The insurance company involved agrees with our actions, for it is unlawful for any homeowner to recieve monetary gain from insurance money paid out to repair/replace damages. Due to the fact [member name removed] refuses to abide by law and contract agreement, she has now taken to the internet with false claims. Professional Roofing Systems Marketing Group, LLC filed the claim according to the damage we wittnessed, met with the adjuster on her behalf, recovered funds for the total replacement, and offered FREE upgrade of shingles to her home as a measure of appreciation from the start. There were no expenses taken out from the payment and due to the continuous slander this has now become a civil matter. We have helped hundreds of homeowners in our Charlotte and surrounding areas. We take pride in continuing to help many others.

The crew arrived on schedule and worked quickly and very efficiently, The roofing was for a rental house that I had tenants moving into within days. Jimmie was able to schedule the job to accommodate my necessary schedule. The job was beautifully done, there was no attempt to add anything to the cost or job needs. The cleanup was pristine. I was totally satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Remove old roof, lay new black paper, completely reroof the house. Repair was made to one corner where rotting wood was found.
