PAINTING WITH EXCELLENCE

James was on week 7 and still was not complete. Most of the dry wall was done in a satisfactory level but it was clear he did not know what he was doing as most of areas where lights and outlets cut out were not even close. The taping was done with a machine and that was done poorly. We had to get someone else in to finish the job. Many areas needed fixing in the taping especially the tray ceiling where tape had to be removed and metal strips placed instead. James estimate was misleading as he added on a few tools at the end that were not in his initial quote so be careful when he quotes you. I can't say what he can do with painting but please don't task him out for drywall. All in all even on man should have finished this in 3 weeks not the 7 plus. I think he might have done better to be more organized. It is always good to put all materials and tools on the estimate to avoid discrepancies.

James was very easy to work with throughout it all. He quickly responded to our request and was very flexible in scheduling a time to come out and look at what needed to be done. He told us what would be involved in the tasks, and later came back when we asked him to, and did exactly what he said he would do. He even went above and beyond what we expected him to do, by trying to find the matching paint in our garage to re-do the wall/ceiling. He also cleaned up both work areas perfectly, so we would have never known he was even there. We were very pleased with the work, and with James.
