Overstream was hard to reach initially (played telephone tag for a couple of days), but once scheduled the service was performed efficiently and was reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Repaired broken sprinkler head and made adjustments to other sprinkler heads.

Mr. Zemak responded to my call promptly and when I told him what I wanted he said he could irrigate those areas without the additional zones I thought I needed. His honesty ended up saving us about $1000. The work his crew did was outstanding. They are very quick to respond when I have any issues.
Description of Work: Overstream laid sod and added 3 zones to our irrigation system to include our back yard. The contractor our builder used only laid sod and irrigated the front and sides of our property.

Very helpful & honest in the initial visit. Performed the job a week later, as agreed, very professional. The weather was very hot so the workers were doing their work a bit slow paced, but they stayed from 9am-5pm. When finished, the manager checked all thoroughly to make sure everything was in perfect working condition. He also explained how to program the system. 3 year warranty on the parts. Will hire them again if needed. Great experience overall.
Description of Work: Fixed existing irrigation system, adding 3 more stations. Changed all drip lines front & back yard, adding extra to new beds.

BILL HAD SOME GOOD IDEAS. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WAS UNDEPENDABLE.
Description of Work: WE CALLED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR A PAVED BACK PATIO AND SURROUNDED AREA. WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 7 DAYS. BILL CAME OUT AND GAVE US SOME NICE IDEAS. HE WANTED TO GET BACK TO US AFTER 1 WEEK. WE CALLED HIM AFTER 1 WEEK, ONLY TO TELL HIM THAT WE HAD CHANGED OUR PLAN SLIGHTLY. HE SAID HE WANTED TO GET BACK TO US WITH AN ESTIMATE. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS AND 1 DAY FROM OUR SECOND CALL AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ESTIMATE. WE FINALLY DECIDED ON A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

OF THE TOTAL BILL, 2,180 WAS FOR BED PREPERATION, WHICH THE COMAPNY DIDNT DO. WE PAID ANOTH COMAPNY TO FINISH THE WORK. THEY ALSO BLOCKED A DRAINAGE DITCH THEY KNEW SHOULD BE KEPT OPEN (ANOTHER COMPANY FIXED THAT TOO). WE HAD TO REPLACE PART OF THE FENCE THEY INSTALLED POORLY, AND THEY BROKE SLATS IN OUR WOODEN FENCE, BUT WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.
