After 8 weeks of multiple email requests, only received responses that "they are too busy" to create a design or an estimate of the custom work I was seeking. Glad that other customers seem to like them to keep them "so busy" because clearly they are not interested in me being a customer. Each time received a response that I would see something in a few days...never received anything. I'll take my business elsewhere...to someone interested in receiving my money and doing custom work.
Description of Work: Submitted several requests to create a custom trellis and mailbox for the exterior of my house. Was referred to them by a builder.
