Description of Work: I had windows installed at my house. Mike took the time to research windows that are affordable, energy efficient and we'll have a tax write off since they are energy efficient. They were extremely efficient from the time they ordered the windows, had them delivered to my home, installed the windows and followed up to be sure we were happy! We were originally going to paint the existing wood around the windows after the new ones were put in however, Mike recommended that we use a metal overlay around the frame instead of painting the existing weathered windows. I love the look, it actually looks like a picture frame! More impressive then that, it did not change the cost which I truly appreciate. I will continue to use this company because of the outstanding job they do and their level of professionalism!!! I would highly recommend this company for any homw improvements!!

 + 3 moreWe are preparing our house to put on the market. One of the bathrooms needed to be completely redone - installing a shower enclosure including the carpentry, running new plumbing, installing new vanity and fixtures, mirrors, lighting and flooring. Northpoint also did many handyman services including hanging new ceiling fans and light fixtures, other bathroom work, repairs to garage doors, and cabinet door repairs. All of this was done on time, finished on schedule and within budget. Fantastic!
Description of Work: Mike and his crew did a major remodeling of a bathroom in our home as well as many handyman services which included carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. His estimate was thorough and detailed. The completed projects came in right on track. The work was done quickly, neatly and with very high quality workmanship. We will definitely use Northpoint again and can't recommend the company enough! A++++

 + 0 moreMike was the consummate professional. He was on time, thorough, CLEAN, and on budget. When there was a cost adjustment (and there were a few - in response to additions I requested), he made certain I knew in advance precisely what the alteration would cost, made certain I approved the change and gave me an updated invoice. There were no surprises. It is also worth noting that he is very meticulous and thorough. The work he did exceeded my expectations in every way.
Description of Work: Mike renovated my very outdated family room. He removed all of the old paneling, removed an old closet, drywalled throughout, installed a bead board ceiling, installed crown and foot moulding, prepped the walls for paint, painted the ceiling, repaired the wood floor, removed and installed a new mantel over the fireplace and designed and built the most beautiful built in bookcases/entertainment center I've ever seen. It was precisely what I wanted and more. He did a specialty finish, mounted and installed my TV, cable, sound system, etc. He also arranged for a plumber to move some pipes (in the closet) and an electrician to install lights, upgrade electric throughout, etc.

Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to provide detailed, accurate estimates and he worked hard to keep the cost manageable. They arrived everyday on time, the team was very focused and completed the job on time. Michael did a great job keeping us abreast of when the materials would be delivered, what they were working on step by step, what to expect along the way. They did a phenomenal job making sure the area was cleaned up after the project was completed. We highly recommend this company!!!
Description of Work: Michael's Company removed all the old Cedar wood from my home and installed all new wood siding, repaired damaged areas, pressure washed the house and painted the house and trim.

Michael was patient and went "above and beyond" to find the best quality materials at the most affordable price! they were on time each morning, finished the job exactly in the time frame estimated and my husband and I are thoroughly pleased with the outcome!
Description of Work: They removed all the old ceder wood from my home and replaced it with wood siding, pressure washed and painted the exterior of my home. They also had to repair damaged wood in spots.
