The worst company I have used for 20 years. They installed the wrong garage door, said they would replace it, and have never replaced it, despite my numerous calls and emails. These guys are terrible, and I am considering filing a lawsuit

Technician said it needed a full motor service and charged 152$ for less than 5 mins work by just pressing the reset button. Also threatened to walk off and just be paid for the visit. Totally unprofessional behavior.

First, my old garage door was off track and could not be closed. Called at 7 a.m., got Adam, not an answering service. He sent out Anthony that morning who did a temporary fix. He said the rollers may go off track again. No pressure but he did show me at my request a new garage door. Since my final home, I got a Gallery Ultra grain garage door with windows at the top. The Oak Walnut finish matches my front door. It did take 3 weeks to order which was what I was told. I was thinking about a wood door, but Anthony said much more expensive and the metal doors really look great which is true. Anthony showed back up day of installation just to say hello and check on things. Impressive! The installer was Darius who was very knowledgeable and courteous. At the end of the installation he took the time to show me the Wifi features and key pad. The whole team were friendly and professional.

The work was done quickly and they called early to adjust my service window to a later time. Their parts seem to be on the high side. $260 for 2 new 243x2x37 springs seems extremely high.

This company is wonderful! They were very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for anything garage door related.

I wanted a quote for a new garage door. There is a $59 trip fee for them to come give me a quote. There are no prices for garage doors on the website that I could find. I know nothing about the company or their product but, they want to charge me to tell me how much a new Garage door would cost?

The work went fine and was completed in several hours. However, I was given a price quote and there was an issue whether the $200 coupon was applied or not. We debated this issue over the phone until finally they applied the coupon and lowered the total price.

Quickly. About 20 minutes. Much smoother running and MUCH quieter.

Ok, I think. One of the garage doors is still pretty noisy.
