Description of Work: Diagnosed problems with the emergency heating and other items that needed maintenance. Repairman -Will - was very polite and helpful. Also looked at and advised on another new unit that was still under warranty. All things considered, very good service. The unit in question is operating well after the repairs.

[Member name removed], We appreciate your review; however our technician answered the questions you had about your thermostat over the phone and there was no need for a service call to be delivered to your home. I must admit to being a little confused by the reference to our pricing being high. Your system is only 9 months old and is still covered under MTB's full parts and labor warranty and if there were repairs they would be done at no cost to you. If the price you speak of pertains to our annual maintenance agreement then yes we are higher than some and lower than others. We offer a 57 point, twice a year program with money saving benefits and discounts that other service providers do not offer, making our plan an excellent value for the price. We appreciate your business and hope to be of service to you in the future.

Description of Work: When our heat pump stopped cooling I called a company for an estimate. MTB was the second company I called. From the initial conversation to the technician, Phillip Catoe, finishing the work - they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and went the "extra mile" to figure out the cause of the problem. Our unit needed a new compressor and capacitor. We also purchased a maintenance contract (Energy Savings Agreement).. We could not be more pleased with the service received. MTB is now the company we will use for our heating and cooling needs.

Description of Work: This was a routine service check. The sevice tech advised me there was nothing clearly bad in our system. He showed me pictures of possible future problem areas (our system is contractor grade and is 16 years old). We discussed the measurements from the equipment and I requested he replace the capaciator which was only slightly week. All work was performed quickly and cleanly.

Description of Work: This company is listed in the Angie's list guide for April 2012 as providng services for faucets and fixtures. However, when I called, they noted they are only doing plumbing. It would be helpful if the advertisement matched the services offered. It would save prospective clients from wasting time.

I apologize for the old ad still being in the book. We decided to stop offering plumbing to our customers in April 2012 but due to the policies with Angie's List we weren't able to change our print ad until June. Then a mistake was made and it wasn't changed under our HVAC ad. The new ad is set to come out August. Sorry again for mis leading you.
