Excellent. They do a great job. We've been using them for years. Usually, if we call them one day, they are here the next. They leave the area clean. They were recommended to us. Actually, they installed when these were built. I've been in here for 14 years and I've been using them for 14 years. It was installed when I moved in here.

Excellent. Dave was right on time, courteous, and friendly to my dogs (very important). I've been a customer for over 15 years and have had all types of work done from regular seasonal maintenance to full HVAC system replacement. Never disappointed.

At one point we had a service agreement with them, but we don't now due to moving into a new house.

I have a service contract with them and they come twice a year, spring and in the fall. They give me priority if something goes wrong and all those other perks. They have always called me 30 minutes ahead of time and they were always prompt when they said they are going to be here. They were very professional.

MTB did a great job on my heater tune up. The service man Brandon M. called about 30 minutes before he arrived which gave us plenty of time. He was very professional and friendly. He used the shoe covers before entering the house each time he came back in. He diagnosed our system and gave us the the options we could do to keep our system running as efficiently as possible. He explained how these preventative measure would help extend the life of our system and keep it running smoothly. I would highly recommend Brandon M. and MTB for all your HVAC needs.

They are dependable, good quality, and the price is fair.

Service conducted and AC unit immediately ceased working. Temp increased to mid 80s and technician came back out. MTB assessed problem and requested $600 to fix AC, plus call out fee. Remember folks, the AC was working perfectly until MTB performed service. This is the 3 rd and final time we have called the company to make amends without redress. Be warned, they are very customer friendly and gladly contact you for an annual service and maintenance agreement. However, this does protect of provide you with any benefits whatsoever. At at this stage we are going to cut our loses and seek professional services elsewhere in the hope of remedy, rather than problem creation

2 techs removed old unit and install new one in one day. It really went smoothly. Ken came by to be sure every thing was going well

Heating and air came with the house actually. We have a contract with them. They check our units twice a year. We are happy with them. They are punctual, professional and are worth working with.

MTB have a tech at my home next morning at 10am. Bryan the Tech was very professional and knew the Mechanics of my system. Found the problem and fixed a clogged drain line which tripped the EZ Trap. Excellent service and he must have used the Get There Faster Button ......... Great service. I use the MTB Annual PCA service plan which has value when quick service at best prices is needed.

Great job installing our two new Lennox Heat & Air systems. The installation teams were professional, knowledgeable, fast and clean. Could not have asked for a better installation experience. Manny, Jimmy, William & Parker were outstanding in every respect.

My upstairs A/C unit broke and the temperature in my house got up to 97 degrees. MTB was great scheduling and communicating when they'd be here. They even called me when they had a cancellation and worked me two days early. Bryan Phongsa was a great service technician, professional, honest and a great communicator. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me with an accurate estimate and replaced the capacitor. He even went above and beyond and took a look at the capacitor of the downstairs condensing unit and explained the tolerances and told me the estimated purposeful life of a capacitor. I'll be buying the Priority Comfort Agreement based on my experience with Bryan's performance on this service call.

Previously, a service technician from MTB had suggested (no pressure) that an EZ trap be installed as a precaution. After deciding to move forward with the project ,Matt from MTB arrived and installed the EZ trap. He explained the purpose, as well as what I could do if the AC suddenly shut down.

He cleaned the heaters, checked and tested all four units, removed and replaced the humidifier filters and checked the uv lights. Found a bad circuit board, showed it to me and let me see where the issue was

Reno was the tech. He was so kind, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He installed a "EZ Trap" which will prevent this from happening again. He explained the issues with the clogged line and installed the back up preventor. We had to call a plumber to clean the line but we knew exactly what was needed and had it repaired by the end of the day. Reno was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone! THANKS Mtb!!!

Front office staff were great. Tech was professional, courteous and arrived on time. They did resolve the issue, but two issues with visit. Quoted $689 to replace the condenser fan, which is a $200 part, plus $89 for the diagnosis; $778 total. I asked why there was $500 over the part price and was told it was for labor and warranty. So 2 hours of work is $500 in labor?? I then asked if they could waive the diagnosis fee if they did the repair and was told no and the person who could make the call doesn't work on Saturday. I did agree to the repair at their price, but didn't have much of a choice given it was the weekend and I already waited 2 days for the service call. Way over priced. I didn't go back to the condenser after the repair was done as I felt the cold air coming into the home, and settled the bill at the front door. I later returned to the condenser and saw trash all over the ground, a cigarette butt and metal screws (which could break a window when the mowers come through if I didn't catch this first). Additionally, there is now what appears to be a ground wire running from the fan motor to the outside of the fan cage. It may be required, but it's not how the prior unit was installed. This should have been called out by the technician, which it wasn't, since it's something that isn't common.

Brandy was great - she helped get us our new HVAC system installed as soon as was possible. Tiffany also was great - she helped us on Saturday when our 2nd HVAC unit stopped working and we were totally without air, Chris came by and charged our Freon. Anthony and Parker installed the HVAC system. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after installation.

Very precise and gave a quote for everything that they checked. I was very pleased with the work that they did. They arrived on time, explained everything to me, and was very friendly.

Stephen M. was very professional and easy to deal with. He arrived in the projected window of time, calling before he arrived. He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt. He shook my hand and went about his job performing the 57 point comprehensive maintenance task list. He found one problem (under warranty) and fixed it. Excellent job, Stephen!

I will begin by saying that Jim was the serviceperson who arrived on time, the office spoke with us this morning and Jim called us ahead of the visit. The office staff is also amazing. They are an in-house company that does it all. We took the annual contract for a twice yearly maintenance check. Jim spent a couple of hours at our house in the attic checking on our entire HVAC system as well as the outside a/c compressor. In the end our units are old and we knew eventually needed replacing. He explained every step of the way what he was doing - we went up on the ladder one at a time!, and after owning our townhouse for amost four years saw our system for the first time. Knowing the system was over 15 y.o., and not always working as efficiently as it should at this point, we agreed to get an estimate from their representative for a new HVAC. That representative will arrive tomorrow and Jim having already reviewed our system with this person will give us all the options to finance the new system. All in all a very good experience. Jim is very knowledgeable with years of experience in both installation and mainteance on these units. He was friendly but professional and even with a pretty large expense coming at us made us laugh along the way. I highly recommend MTB and Jim for your future HVAC needs. Thanks Jim!
