I received estimates from 3 different companies for our whole-home humidifier; MTB was not only the most competitive, but clearly explained every aspect of the system, including any potential costs due to possible installation issues. Our technician, Ronnie, was polite/courteous/professional. All work accomplished on-time, cleaned up afterwards, and gave me detailed instructions on the system. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Our builder used MTB to install everything and we remain on an annual maintenance plan. They are always fast, efficient and very good at what they do. Highly recommend them! Ronnie was the tech the past two times... he was excellent!

Matt was our technician again today and as always he was on time, performed the check up, reported back to us the health of our system. Matt is always friendly and tells us what he’s doing and answers our questions. All of the staff at MTB are great to work with and the phone reminders from the office are a great help to me. Thanks everyone at MTB for making scheduling and service painless.

MTB has always serviced our HVAC since they installed our service 13 years ago. They are reliable and courteous and we continue to renew our Preventive Maintenance contract each year.

Whenever Randy shows up to provide our service from MTB we know we have the expert working to fix our issue. This time it was a faulty reverse air flow value in a 14 month old Lennox unit. Even though it took four days for the part to arrive, Randy made sure the unit was repaired in a timely manner. The staff at MTB kept us in the loop through text messages and telephone calls about his arrival time which provided us with flexibility to run errands and be back at home before Randy arrived. This makes scheduling service very convenient.

After quoting us 7 weeks to do our pre-paid maintenance, MTB had a cancellation and came out 2 days later. I still believe they need more staff for better customer service.

I am sure the price was acceptable, but I don't remember the price. Nothing is absolutely perfect. Nothing went wrong. They got here when they said they would. They did what they needed to do. It must of been within a reason about because I don't remember any issues on that.

It went really well. They were in and out for the HVAC units and the gas line. It could have been all done in one day but they needed to get things inspected so no complain there. They are not the cheapest option in town but you get exactly what you pay for. Great service, very professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and will definitely re-hire again.

It is usually different technicians. Pretty much they take care of my system and everything is clean. They always call me and make sure I have happy with the maintenance. They call me a few days before they are coming, to remind me. They give really good service. They are very professional. I appreciate that all the technicians wear the little paper boots on the laminate floor. To me that is very important. They do a very good job. I am very happy with them. They are very good.

They come for once visit in the Winter, and one visit for the Summer. They do the cleaning and the maintenance. They come and do the cleaning and check the unit for everything. They make sure everything is working okay.

My air conditioner went out right in the middle of Summer. I would also recommend them to a friend that needed work on an air conditioner. They do a very good job. It was a flawless job. They came out, recommend what they need to change, and even help me with finance. They told me where to apply online, they take care of everything. I did not have any problem or any issue. They came and did the job, it was perfect. They did a very good job. I have a friend that called to see who I used, because he knew they had done a good job. I am not sure if he has used them or not though.

Service was excellent and the technician was very thorough and explained as he went through the entire repair.

We have a contract with them on her monthly basis. It was the annual inspection of the AC unit, we needed Freon he became very confusing.

Lamar was an excellent technician. He took time to explain the tests he was performing and what each of the readings indicated. He then provided us with pricing for parts and options that we should consider in deciding to repair or replace our unit. One of the best technicians I've experienced.

We cancelled our contract and if we would have gotten the work done the first time for a fair price, we wouldn't be in a scenario to have to go elsewhere for service.

Javier was great! Not only he fixed the issue we were facing, he also was proactive to schedule an air balance appointment for us. Seeing the good customer service, I also signed up for the annual maintenance plan and schesuled my summer tune-up.

Great! Brandon was on time, professional and explained in detail questions I had regarding system. Always a pleasant experience.

The mechanics work good and professional. The customer service was not professional. (Inaudible at 10:45-10:47) scheduling. I had to have him look up information for me about the unit. They were not helpful and didn't want to give me the information. I had to sit like an hour on the phone with him to get the information I needed. That was not necessary, it's just him being hell. We had a service agreement with them, we also purchased our AC unit with them about 5 years ago. We later found out that they sold us an incorrect sized unit, they over sized it which they did for more money. It makes your unit less energy efficient. I asked them about it and told them to have the manager to call us, but they never did. The maintenance guy was always good, but with the new units we would always find something wrong every time. Over the years they were better, they just have one bad apple right now. Unfortunately, with the customer service man, I had several different conversations with him and there were unanswered questions. He felt that I didn't need to know that level of detail, but I did need to know for the new owners of my home.

Very pleasant tech told us what he was doing and how the systems were operating. Cleaned systems and checked all specs. All are doing fine, as usual. He completed both properties in a couple of hours. This seasonal service is a good investment.

It went well.... No leakage or any major problems were found. The Tech told us about a concern with a capacitor on the system that the previous tech also told us about during the last 2 bi-annual check ups. This time we decided to let them go ahead and fix it instead of waiting. We've been with MTB since the house was constructed 8 years ago and have never had a major system issue problem. During this time, we've also had their maintenance service plan which has worked out for us. it was worth the peace of mind. Today was the first repair we've had that wasn't covered by the plan; after 8 years that's a good thing.
