My laptop power cord was broken, and I was desperate for a new one fast. There are no local parts places around here, and ordering online meant getting one cheap, but waiting a few more days for delivery. I called a few repair places, but nobody had any cords in stock. John could tell I was desperate, and he very nicely sold me a slightly used universal power cord for about half of what it was selling for at Best Buy. He seems like a decent honest guy. I would definitely call him again for any repairs.
