I have used Greg before for similar problems with windows throughout my house during the past 5 years. He is knowledgeable about all kinds of windows and balancers and the "shoe" that holds the balancer at the bottom. He had ordered some extra parts for me last time he was here so I had the new "shoe" part when he arrived, today and on time as promised, to remove the broken part and install the new. He and Kyle gently removed my new window blinds, then repaired the action of the window by replacing the needed parts. They removed the necessary pieces of cosmetic vinyl coverings then removed the balancer then removed the broken "shoe" and slid the new "shoe" into place then re-attached the balancer and hooked up the window sash and lubricated the balancers. It all went really well and the window works well once again. I expect I will have to do the same with some ot the other windows as time goes by so Greg will order some extra parts for me again to have on hand. Not all window companies know how to deal with these kiinds of windows and I am so pleased to have Greg to call upon. His wife, Sandra, works in his office and is helpful, pleasant, and responsive. While Greg was here he also adjusted my shower door frame at my request which I appreciated. I can recommend him highly. He does glass, shower, and construction work as well. His prices are reasonable.

They are great!! This was not normal glass replacement. This was a very difficult job. The pieces had to be specifically cut out and they were very careful with their work.
