Description of Work: They did a refresh of a master bath to include replacement of countertops, sinks, cabinet doors and converting the shower to frameless with a tiled floor. Once I received my project schedule, everything happened exactly as it was scheduled. I found the different contractors to be professional and good at what they did. It was not the lowest bid I received, but they had the solution I felt best suited what I was looking for and I'm very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Shower upgrade. The work was well done, the trades personnel were professional and the shower turned out to look very nice. The only complaint that I have was that it took a long time for the work to be scheduled after the initial deposit was paid. The responsiveness had room improve in that period as well.

+ -1 moreThe two young men who worked on our floors were very polite. They arrived on time at 9:00am and worked steadily all day. Due to the various steps in the process, it was completed around 4:00pm. They certainly worked hard the whole time and the floors do look very nice. We chose the restoration process rather than refinishing due to the lower cost and the fact that there was no dust created in this process. We have an elderly parent living in our home and could not have the disruption and dust that refinishing would generate.
Description of Work: The staff did a floor restoration to the hardwoods in our dining room, living room and entrance hall. They cleaned the floors, then used a buffer with some sort of product to make the finishing coat adhere better. After the buffing, they put two coats of sealant on the floors. The first coat had to dry for at least an hour and a half before the second coat. Then you couldn't walk on it for at least 8 hours unless in your sock feet. It takes about a week to totally "cure." They cleaned up all of their materials at the end of the day and left everything in good order.

+ 1 moreTom's two workers showed up on time every day, were quiet and diligent in their work, and cleaned up their work area at the end of every day of the project. In addition to his own employees, Tom had to coordinate the work of the countertop provider, an electrician, the appliance store, and a plumber. Our involvement was rather minimal. The finished job is extremely beautiful. The cost figure above was for the cabinet refacing, carpentry and roll out trays only. It appeared to be very competitive, as were the separate pricing for the other sub projects.
Description of Work: KTU did refacing and replacing of doors and drawers of all our kitchen cabinets. They also performed carpentry work in relocating a built-in oven and microwave and replacing them with a beautiful series of pull out drawers enclosed in a new pantry area. Furthermore, KTU coordinated the replacement of all countertops with a Granuluxe surface. Finally, Tom made recommendations and a referral to have our appliances replaced. In the end, we have a completely new look kitchen with refaced cabinets, new pantry area, new countertops, sink and appliances.

Felt very comfortable leaving the house open so work could be done when I was out. Being in the realestate business, I am sure I will be using them in the future at some some point as they had the best price and products that no other company offered.

I will be using them in the near future for these new services including counter tops that look just like solid surface for half the price.
