+ -1 moreAt the time of the installation, which was 6/22/09, everything went fine. Come to find out years later, the gutters had been cut when installed, which allowed water to rest against the fascia board of my home, causing it to rot. Also - the Leaf Free Gutter System does not allow water to flow properly. I was provided with a 'Lifetime Performance Warranty' at the time of install. I called 5 times to try to act on the Warranty. I am based in Charlotte, and I was routed to an office in Georgia. The person who took my call each time said that a manager would call me back, and that never happened. I eventually just replaced everything on my own, and had new gutters installed. Buyer beware-- This company does not honor the lifetime warranty. Watch the installation technique, too.
