Could not definitely find anything, but clarified an extra step in resetting the circuit brakers. No other problems.

I was having company come in for Memorial Day weekend and my outlets were out. This company made an effort to correct my problem the same day I called without being a previous customer of theirs. I showed the tech the problem, and had the problem solved in approx half hour. I will definitely use this company again.

We had several small electrical jobs we had been putting off for fear of the cost involved with hiring an electrician. We saw a deal on Angie's List for Jon's Electrical and decided to give them a try. The deal was for an Electrical Service Call and Whole-House Electrical Inspection. Within a day of purchasing the deal, we were able to setup an appointment at a time that was convenient for us (they even rescheduled for us once when my work schedule unexpectedly changed). In addition to performing the electrical inspection, Jon and his assistant were able to fix all the items on our "to do" list within a little over an hour's time. He explained what caused the switch and socket issues in the home in a way that was easily understandable to me as the homeowner. His knowledge and no pressure approach to additional changes we discussed were greatly appreciated. We will definitely call Jon's Electrical for any future electrical needs.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out well. Jon was very pleasant on site and did a couple of other things while he was there. All in all I would say it was a good service and I was pleased with it. Overall, their customer service was prompt and courteous. They were pleasant to work with.

Went great. Very professional and advised on some issues WITHOUT being pushy at all. Let us have estimate in case we want to fix any of the issues in the future. Fixed the small lighting problem very easily without wanting to install new light. Liked his attitude and his courtesy and friendliness a lot. Will for sure use as our electrician from now on.

The service turned out good. He was a good electrician.

It was wonderful. I misunderstood at first, I didn't realized there would be an additional charge but I realized of course that it was putting in an outlet so it was reasonable.

Jon's Electric's Deal offered a Whole-house electrical inspection (which I did not want) free of charge and "Investigation of your... problem." Example projects said to include: "installing...interior or exterior outlets...." I thought this meant they would perform some small service (e.g., the examples) for $39 and do the inspection for free. Conversation with lady in their office indicated that the $39 was for the inspection (normally $249) and any actual work would be extra. It sounded expensive. Told her no, thanks and she said to contact you to get my $39 back. I don't remember the date of this conversation - maybe it was Friday, February 28.

The Big Deal price that was offered seemed to have some hidden costs that were not mentioned in the deal. The job would have costs more than $39 dollars in the end.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable

This was a wonderful experiece! We got Jon's Electric from our plumber, who we hired to run a gas line and convert our stove home to gas from electric. When the plumber came, we realized my new stove needed a 110v line and we only had a 220v line for the old stove. My plumber begged Jon's Electric on Saturday to come out and they were here at 9 am Monday morning. Service was quick, polite and courteous. He was here for more than an hour and only charged about $200 with parts which compared to what I've seen is quite reasonable. We'll be using Jon's again in the future - great company to work with!
