JC Custom Tile & Marble

Description of Work: I used the services of JC Custom Tile & Marble. The last time I used his services was on 10th of May. He repaired some crack in the broth of my new shower. It was warranty work. He was covering the warranty and did not charge me anything.

Description of Work: John Crowell of JC Custom Tile & Marble installed a new tile bathroom floor, a tile & stone shower, and a tile & stone tub surround. The 18"x18" floor tiles were centered in the room beautifully. The tile & stone shower is stunning with a beautiful decorative frame, a niche and seat. John paid careful attention to detail and even asked us what height we wanted the seat. The shower walls are nice and level which made for an easy glass shower door installation as well. John tiled the front of our tub and inserted decorative glass & stone motifs, and the tub surround is beautifully done with tile, glass & stone mosaics with a travertine double border. We couldn't be happier. His price was fair, he showed up on time and did excellent work. John was a pleasure to work with as he was so very accommodating to us. He checked with us at each phase of the job to see if we had any questions for him and to make certain that we were satisfied with the job. We would definitely use him again for any tile, marble or stone work that we are considering.
