I was extremely impressed with Fernando and his crew. I had used another national flooring several years ago but decided to obtain more than one quote this time around. I'm so glad that I did. Gr8flr's pricing is much better, and their customer service is A+. Everyone showed up on time, had concern for my furnishings, and finished the job as promised. My floors are beautiful! Thank you.

In the beginning, choosing the right company to replace our aging floors was becoming a tedious chore. We entertained quotes from many of the big companies you might see on TV and we always felt we could do better. So we kept looking, and we are glad we did!! We found Gr8Flr by happenstance when we saw one of their work trucks in the area and decided to give them a call. Our first meeting with Mr. Londe was very refreshing. It was nice to finally speak with someone who made a living installing hardwood floors instead of just selling them. His knowledge of the processes gave us the confidence that we had found the right man for the job. Mr. Londe let us spend several days with various samples before deciding. We felt no pressure to make a decision quickly. When the time came for the installation, Mr. Londe and his crew were very professional. The entire project took a little more than 2 days and the results are amazing! We would highly recommend Gr8Flr for your hardwood flooring needs. Not only were the costs more competitive than the bigger companies, it was nice to know you were working with people that were passionate about hardwood floors.

The Gr8flr crew did a great job for a competitive fee; the were very responsive and professional. What impressed me most about Fernando, is that he is genuinely interested in helping his customers, not force an expensive and unnecessary means to an end - like the many others. I thought sand and refinishing was the only option, but he explained that I can get the result I was looking for with just a buff and polish.

They did an excellent job! Their quote was one of the best, and they were able to start the project quickly. The floors match our existing floors very well, and the transition between the floors is perfect- no one would notice a change.

After receiving multiple quotes from other respected Angie's List A rated companies, we chose Gr8flr because of the knowledge, communication and comfort we felt with Gr8flr and Fernando Londe, the owner. He answered my multiple questions and was very competitively priced. He did not skimp on level of hardwoods because I checked! The team came in and went above and beyond my expectations, even identifying and replacing some moisture decayed subfloor that they could have just as easily covered up. They completed the project on time and budget, which was a relief because we were on a limited schedule when the family could be away. He has followed up to check on our satisfaction and provided insightful feedback on the best, economical care of the floors.. They also provided on-site, on-floor samples for final color selection which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Gr8flr, Fernando and his team as the floors look amazing in Jacobean color and I have a happy wife!

Everything went amazingly well. With such a huge investment you always worry but the owner Fernando was amazing. He answered all of our questions, was always available, stayed true to his quote and was on site to oversee the job regularly to make sure everything went smoothly. I am beyond grateful for the fact that while this could have been a extremely stressful experience it went as smoothly as could be. They stuck to timelines and if there was any concern it was promptly addressed. Very grateful to find this installer and plan to use him in the future when we complete the rest of the house!

This is the second time I have used gr8flrs (previously Floor by Floor Inc) to do all my hardwood floors and Fernando Lindo and his entire team are true professionals and really care about the quality of your floors. I just recently bought a house that had severely damaged (dog urine, deep scratches from years of dogs running through the house and more) and the only reason I agreed to buy the place was that I knew I had a secret weapon: Fernando, who can fix any floor and restore it back to perfection. He removed the rotten boards and ripped out all the smelly carpet and replaced it with fresh hardwood floors. The results are truly amazing and he even went so far as saying these are my floors until I say they are done. He refused payment until he had the floors 100% to his satisfaction and as he says "it has to be pure perfection". I have NEVER worked with someone who has such high standards and its truly a pleasure to find someone as hard working and as trustworthy as him. While he and his team worked inside of my house they treated it like it was their own home. I highly recommend Fernando and gr8flrs to anyone and I’m happy to share pictures of my gorgeous news floors created by one of the true craftsman in the industry. Thanks to Fernando and his team for bringing the tortured floors back to life.

We've had an excellent experience with Fernando and his crew. From the estimate to the end of the project, everything went very very smoothly. We've had about 5 estimates for this job, and not only we found Fernando to be the most knowledgeable of all the contractors that came over, his price turned out to be the most competitive too. It has been a pleasure doing business with him as he is very professional, honest and kind, and really wants his clients to be 100% satisfied. The project started on the day we had agreed on. His workers were skilled, courteous, respectful of our house, always on time and cleaned up very well after themselves everyday. They even vacuumed our blinds at the end of the project and cleaned up our garage and driveway. We've had hardwood floors installed on 2 separate occasions before - by other companies - and it has never been a pleasant experience (far from it), so we appreciate even more how smoothly everything went this time. We are extremely happy with the results, our new floors look beautiful, and have already recommended Fernando to our friends. We will definitely use him again for our future projects. Fernando and his workers are amazing!!! I highly recommend his services to anyone. He was so kind and professional. Even after the work was complete he followed up immediately with our questions. Our floors look incredible. He was also very reasonable. We had several people come give estimates and it was very clear he was the most knowledgeable.

Absolutely great service -- prior to the installation date, through to the end of the project. Our hardwoods came out great with the new color, smooth throughout the home and great transitions from room to room. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for hardwood work to be done.

Fernando is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with and very responsive anytime we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him within the next year to finish off the house with hardwood floors.

I cannot recommend Gr8Flr Inc highly enough. My wife and I recently purchased a house in the Cotswold area, and we wanted to refinish our hardwood floors. We hired a local company that is well known and well marketed to do the job, which turned out being a nightmare. A friend of mine subsequently recommended hiring Gr8Flr Inc to fix their mess. Regarding the terrible first company we hired, instead of using the polyurethane we specified (which was important because my wife has chemical sensitivities), the owner allowed his crew to decide what to use (which started peeling soon after). They got stain all over our base boards and never bothered to vacuum the dust at all let alone between sanding and staining. Because the job they did in the master bedroom was spectacularly awful, they offered to redo it only to leave a nasty, permanent stain in the middle of the floor. In all, they did a very amateur job to put it politely. After I complained to the owner of the company, a bolt to one of my kitchen sink pipes had mysteriously loosened, which resulted in a minor flood that required us to replace multiple wood planks and refinish the entire downstairs hardwoods a second time. Unfortunately, no one was living in the home at the time, and the hardwood guys had a copy of my house key. Enter Gr8Flr Inc. At the time I met the owner, Fernando, he did not advertise because he was in such high demand by local builders. Now I know why. I was just lucky enough to know the right person to refer him to me. He took me room by room, pointed out each flaw (many of which I missed), and explained to me why they had occurred. He would also credit the first company for the few things they did correctly. Furthermore, he explained in detail which polyurethanes he uses, which ones he avoids, and why. He also charged far less than the first company. To top it all off, he even refinished our hallways for free. We had originally decided not to do so because, in his opinion, although they were not great, they were what you'd expect from an average hardwood refinishing company in the area. Nevertheless, he went ahead and refinished them anyway because, and I quote, "I'm a perfectionist by nature, and they were driving me nuts." When Fernando completed the job, he took me through the house. Like before, he methodically explained what he did and why he did it. For instance, part of the floor in my family room is slightly elevated (I never noticed it before). Fernando explained that, because of this, he used a specialized technique with his sander to minimize its visual effect. I'm positive most hardwood floor contractors would never bother doing something like that. In all, Fernando did an outstanding job, and our hardwoods look spectacular. I wish I could find more contractors like him, and I cannot recommend him and his company, Gr8Flr Inc highly enough.

Fernando was prompt and very professional on our initial meeting. His quote were very reasonable. He refinished and stained my hardwood floors. He did such a great job that I always recommend him to my neighbors and friends. I'm so happy with his work. Will work with him again when we decide to change the second floors from carpet to hardwood floors.
