+ 0 moreI contacted Seth for an estimate on a bathroom expansion, and he responded within a day to set an appointment to come out a few days later. He arrived on time, listened to my ideas, and then sketched out some ideas and added some other changes we hadn't thought of. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He called a week later to follow up about the project and gave me a more concrete estimate and timeline. His ideas were great, and we will follow up if we move forward with the project down the road.
Description of Work: Seth came out and gave me an estimate for installing a shower to expand my half bath and make it a full bath. He also added some possible ideas about extending a wall and making the closet larger as well.

+ 0 moreAbsolutely PERFECT! Seth built a fence for a neighbor that looked amazing, so I asked who built their fence, and was refered to Seth Golden. Seth was very responsive in providing a detailed estimate and explaining what to expect. Our fence was built in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price. A++ quality and workmanship. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. Seth has since built my next door neighbors fence and have quoted 2 more. I really can't say enough good things about Seth and his work!!

+ -1 moreSeth Golden responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He was very forthright and described everything involved and went over the costs step by step. He brought over samples of the railing posts for us to look at. He was easy to work with when taking time to choose all the needed materials and on picking the date to begin work. The day they began work, he and his associate were prompt and got straight to work. They worked hard and late the first day to ensure the new stairs were in place so we could go upstairs. The next day they returned and almost finished putting in the railing and banisters. They came one last afternoon to do some finishing work. They worked long and hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Seth and his associate were very polite and friendly. They were neat and were very careful. Seth did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with our new stairs.
Description of Work: The owner, Seth Golden, and a crew member took out our old staircase. Then they constructed a new staircase and put it in place. Next they put in a new banister and railing. They also put in the new molding.
