The technician came out to evaluate our crawl space. I did not like him and found him to be very rude and condescending.

The crew was courteous and very respectful of my home. They protected all surfaces where they ran the equipment and put everything back where it belonged when they were finished. I could smell the freshness in the air when they were finished. I highly recommend this company.

Showed up right away to provide quote. Gave me detailed quote with pictures and explained what needed to be done. Showed up when scheduled to do the job. Crawl space looks great!

I worked with Neil Dixon on the recommendation of my realtor. Neil came out within hours of first contact and made a serious assessment of the issues with the water intrusion into my garage. I'd had a previous contractor come out to assess the issue. His recommendation was that we simply grade the water away from the garage wall. I was surprised and happy with this assessment because I'd thought this would be a cheaper way than a full dig and re-water proofing. However, I was shocked when the estimate for this came to $1517. The estimate also said: "Will remove shrubs, trees, and haul away excessive soil." "Estimate does not include seed and straw." "We cannot be responsible for damage to the front lead walk by our machines" None of these things sounded good to me, especially as I didn't want to strip the area bare just before selling. I informed Neil about this estimate, and he quickly informed me that a simple grading would NOT fix the issue, as I initially suspected. With a $1500 grading estimate, I was concerned about how much it was going to cost to get the RIGHT thing done. That's when I got the $1583 estimate and jumped on it. They quickly scheduled me for the job and completed it in two days with minimal disturbance. The guys here on the site were really nice and worked hard. I am very pleased with this work and highly recommend Fresh Air technologies for water intrusion work.

They did an inspection. They did a quote to do some things, and it seemed quite expensive. The ball's in my court to call them back and act & discuss details.

Great service from start to finish. Super follow up with the front office, Alan was prompt, professional and polite. He took his time, gave a sound evaluation and couldn't tell he had been here. Very solid company that we would recommend.

Took them over four weeks to make first visit. They performed a test on the house for air flow and sucked black soot from the fireplace throughout the house. The provider left the house while I was busy and did not tell me what happened. I saw it when I came into the house and called the provider. They sent someone out to verify the damage and agreed to a clean up which was done by a fire restoration co. and furniture cleaner. They cleaned a a good deal of the damaged area but I am still finding some soot damage. I then had to call them back to get the insulation installed. I had to take the initiative and call them, 'frustrating'. They did handle the insulation properly, from what I could tell. Overall not a good experience and would not use or recommend them to anyone. They did more damage than good. Very bad experience.

Techcians conducted themselves very professionally and answered all questions. They cleaned up very well before leaving.

It went very well. They did an excellent job and had the lowest bid out of four. I would definitely use them again. Rolando was the team captain and did a great job.

I am very impressed with them. He has been back and forth with us doing the audit. We have not gotten any work done but the audit has been good so far.

Service provider called the day before to change the scheduled day. I was unable to reschedule, so the service provider said they will be here. The next day the service provider did not call or show up. I called and the receptionist was unable to explain why no one showed up stating will call me back. I did not receive a call and I called them back again. The service provider wanted to come in maybe an hour, so I had to cancel. I am currently pursuing a refund for my Big Deal purchase from Angie's List.

They were awesome and the pricing was right. They were very, very responsive, set the schedule, gave me a great price then came out and got the job done with no problem. They had great communication and were punctual and professional

The service wasn't great. He was late for the initial appointment, because his earlier appointment had gone later, but he had called me, and that was fine. We had bought it with the understanding that the big deal was for an energy audit and mold inspection, and we didn't hear anything from him for a couple of weeks, the appointment. He had to call us back, and he said he had lost our email address. We had bought it because we thought we had an urgent need for attention to mold in our house, and so 2-3 weeks was too long for us to wait for information about that. Eventually we called the company, and they sent out someone to inspect the mold. So it just didn't turn out to be what we had hoped it was going to be, and it took a lot of time to get the information that he had, but he had misplaced our email address, and needed to call us back, and it was a couple of weeks time before we got the report. He didn't say anything about the mold remediation, and then the company sent out somebody without a charge.

The sales guy was really nice and knowledgeable and he did do a very good crawlspace inspection. He did do a thorough job. The installers came and they put down the vapor barrier, but they had to send out a different crew to redo it because the first team did such a sloppy job. That left enough of an impression that I would not recommend them. I was able to crawl in the space and see the sloppy job, but they did come out to make it right. It did take awhile for them to come out and redo it. The grand total came to be about $800-900 because what they give you is such a small area. I live in a ranch home with an approximate area of 20 X 40 crawlspace. The Big Deal was misleading because of this.

They were very friendly, we got the first call where he said he perform the energy audit. He was double booked for the first date. Tried to scheduled multiple dates and could never find a service so we went on to another provider.

They did a great job and we were very happy with it. They were very neat and cleaned up well. They showed up on time and got the job done. There were two of them who came out and they were here for about 2-3 hours.

That went well and we spent some more money with them, about $7,000, since they had to put down the water vapor. They had to replace some of the venting in the crawlspace that was damaged. They also had to install a sub pump. They also had to do a mold treatment. They had to divide the process up and it took a total of about 5-7 days. They were very consistent with updating me with that was going on. They were quick to respond with any concerns and the workers that came out and did the work, were very professional.

They came out to do the inspection, and I left the door open for them to get back with me and they did not.
