At both times they were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They took time to answer my questions and indicated cleaning the blower/handler is included in the price. I would highly recommend them.

One man and completed the inspection for us. They followed up with the final report for what needed to be done. Everything turned out well.

The energy audit was performed and a few suggestions were given to me that should be done. The 500 sq. ft. of insulation has hot been installed yet and the emailed report about the energy audit I just received this morning and have not read it yet. 9/30/2014 I still have not gotten the 500 sq.ft. of insulation installed yet. In fact I have not heard from anyone from Fresh Air Technology in two months. They were supposed to give me a price on installing an attic stair tent. removing the whole house fan and bringing the attic insulation up to the proper R factor. I have done some of the items my self because I have not heard a word form anyone. If this is the way this company does business, I don't want to business with them. I emailed the company in September and told them that I had not received any correspondence from them about scheduling the installation of the insulation. I got an email back stating that the person that was responsible for my account was terminated form the company. I got a call from someone while I was in the shower and my wife asked them to call back. I am still waiting for that call 11/28/14 I just emailed the company again and I am awaiting their email or call. I am getting to the point where I am going to take action. Finally heard back from the company, they are coming next week to install the insulation. 12/10/14- They came this afternoon and installed the insulation as promised. The two men were very personable and set up and completed the work quickly. They covered the floors with paper and vaccuamed the floors when they were done.

There were no problems with scheduling and they arrived on time to the appointment. They gave us quotes for some other jobs as well. Compared to other quotes that we received, other companies were much more competitive in price. They spent about forty-five minutes completing the energy audit throughout the attic, crawl space, and areas. Everything went very well.

The coupon deal stated that the service area included the county I live in. Fresh Air did not respond to my purchase, but when I contacted them they said that I lived too far away for them to honor the deal. No one from that company bothered to contact me in any manner nor apparently did they contact you to arrange the refund. I think this is an extremely poor way to generate business. Update- The response provided by the business is not true.

This business listed an ad on Angie's list that covered the county I live in , as well as other surrounding counties. I purchased their special to have my crawl space inspected. After four days, no one had contacted me so I called them, only to be told that actually I lived too far away for them to make the trip. No one bothered to contact me regarding this until I called them and no refund has been issued as of today- 7/28 , more than 10 days after the purchase was made. Very poor business and I would never recommend this company to anyone else.

Excellent job. Very conscience about keeping the house clean. Vacuumed at the end of each day. I would gladly work with them again.

It was fine. They did an analysis of how well the house was insulated. They did a pressure test as well. They gave us some good information based on their tests.

It was GREAT! What a wonderful company with old school work ethics and values. The initial home estimate with Mr. Shorts, the company's VP, was the first sign that I had found a company that takes pride in their work and the relationships they develop with their customers. He was considerate, thorough and informative, providing me with essential facts, with no pressure or scare tactics. My husband is a Project Mngr in the Construction industry, so he had a list of questions about the company's insurance, bonding, and licensing. Mr. Shorts was happy to provide all the answers and verification. In my effort to get 3 quotes, I had also contacted 2 larger companies as well. Those bigger companies dealt with us as if our 2100 sqare foot ranch home was not worth their effort. Mr. Shorts made us feel like our needs were their needs. When the work crew arrived, the supervisor, Peter, was exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful of my home and pets. He quickly got to work doing the prep work. After completing the first phase of work with foam sealant, he explained it would be safer and more efficient for us if he constructed a protective box around a fan, and did so without any additional charge to us. The entire team took extra care to ensure that my rugs and furniture did not come in to contact with the long tube they ran from the truck into the house and up to the attic. They even opened the top window of my storm door just enough to slip the tube through without letting in too much summer heat and preventing my pets from getting out. The men had to be melting up there in that heat, but never complained. I insisted they come down for occasional quick breaks to the air conditioned hallway and gave them ice water. When they completed the work, they used 2 vacuums they brought to clean up any debris that had fallen onto the floor. The company itself, the work crew, the fair and competitive pricing, and the quality of the work is exceptional. I am soooo pleased with the work Fresh Air Technologies did on our home. We feel confident that our money is well spent, and our A/C and heat won't be escaping through the attic anymore.

Setting up and getting the energy audit done was relatively easy, and the quality was good.

I didn’t deal with them. We changed our mind. We didn’t use their service. They were fine. The price was just way too high. I found several people less expensive. I didn’t use anybody. We are going to hold off. We need some other work done under there, so we are going to get that done first. There were other folks that had heavier material and one that did the job for less money. Their bid was fine. I just thought that the material they were using was too light compared to some of the other people. I didn’t feel it was really a good comparative price. They were going to charge us several thousand dollars. The process was fine. They wanted to use lighter material. Their responsiveness was fine. I would not use them again in the future.

I arranged for company to visit house for inspection. There was a heavy rain so the rep. did not come. He did not call me to reschedule or let me know he would not be here. I have had no further contact.

They were prompt, thorough and willing. I wanted them to put some reflective film on some attic windows, but their estimate was a little high; but that was not in their portfolio. I am still waiting to get my insulation, but they seem to be very agreeable since I need to be home for them to do the service.

They didn’t find a bunch of phantom stuff and actually said my attic was in good shape and didn’t need the insulation. They offered to refund the money, but we had just had our kitchen in the process of remodeled which involved removing the ceiling and needed new insulation. They are now working with the contractor to find the best way to finish the work. Their responsiveness has been fantastic!

The experience was fine and did the inspection well. They gave me a quote for $2000 more of work and I did not want to do that.

They came out and performed an energy audit. Then had to delay the insulation installation until after my bathroom remodel was completed. They reviewed the entire audit and blew in the insulation. Very professional and very quickly completed job. Awesome job.

It was a great deal. They reacted promptly and there were good workers.

I was disappointed because we have two units and the price of the big deal was for one. I have never had them cleaned before, so I didn't realize that. It ended up costing us a lot more. They did a nice job, and they cleaned up, but we still have so much dust in our home. I just feel like it wasn't worth the money. I think they did what they said they were going to do, and they were nice and professional, however I don't understand why we have the same amount of dust.

The service was satisfactory. When they came to do the inspection we already knew we had other issues in the basement. They provided a proposal to address the other issue. We had water penetration in the basement so installed a French drain, moisture barrier and sub pump. There were a few issues during the course of the project. They estimated it would take 4-5 days to complete. The technicians were professional and did a nice job. However, by the 5th day they were not sure they would be able to finish within the quoted time frame. I contacted the supervisor and let him know I was not happy with what I was hear. The next day they put more man power on the job and were still unable to complete the job. They had to come back another half day the following week to complete the service. The project management was lacking. There was some damage to the back yard and some of the grass was killed from the moisture barrier plastic they laid out, as well. The crew took a photograph of the damage to take back to the supervisor. The supervisor had the crew go buy grass seed to repair the damage. We were actually trying to sell the home at this time and this caused distressed for when we showed out home. I suggested compensation for the damage to the yard. I suggested $500 off the bill. He tried compromising at $300 if I paid the bill the same day. I was put off by this and then he backed off and went to his supervisor. They ended up taking the $500 off the bill and I did pay the same day.

The service didn't work out. They were rude and they were expensive. They didn't charge us more than the $49 of the big deal. They gave us estimates for the services and it was crazy high.

I have already reviewed this provider. Please stop asking me to review him again!!!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it out really well. I have not looked at their proposal yet, but they were really good and came right on time. They did the inspection and seemed very knowledgeable.

They were very nice, punctual, and very courteous, but by the time everything was said and done, it would have cost me a couple of thousand dollars for the radiant barrier. I had a lot more feet than what was allotted for. I didn't end up getting the job done.

I purchased a big deal for $99.00 energy audit and $500 worth of attic blown in insulation. I waited some months to schedule the energy audit because I was taking care of some other maintenance in the home and wouldn't have had any money for additional services if recommended. I scheduled it for Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. I received a call from their office on Friday May 9 saying that they had to reschedule and asked if they could come the following Saturday. I explained that I would be out of town that weekend, so I was told they would keep the 9:00 for the next morning then. I waited around my home until approximately 9:30 - 9:40 and no one showed up or called. I got Jay Lanzy number from my Angie's List email and called and left voicemail about no show. I assumed someone would call on Monday with a valid excuse and apologize and reschedule. No one called so I called them. The lady that answered acted surprised that no one showed up and apologized but offered no explanation as to the inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior. She was to call me back with an explanation of what happened, but I haven't heard from her. Apparently, I'm not the only one this has happened to. I've been reading reviews of others who have had no shows with no apologies or either late for appointments. At this point, I don't feel inclined to deal with this company since they have thus far shown such little regard for my time. Apparently, they have oodles of business and good customer service is not a necessary component of their business.

He was good, but he did miss one thing in our bonus room. We found out when the crew came to do the actual work that we needed some insulation in that room, as well. He got everything else, though. It was just moderately frustrating because of the added steps and needing to make an additional appointment. I'd rate the audit a "B", but an "A" for the actual work.
