I purchased an Angie's list coupon for Vapor Barrier Installation + Free Crawlspace Inspection. Fresh Air arrived at 8:00 a.m. ET, on time. The existing vapor barrier was removed and new vapor barrier added. The coupon covered up to 500 square feet and my crawlspace was larger, coupon covered $149 and I paid an additional $92.04. The assessment showed the crawlspace was dry, there were no snakes (I have never been in my crawlspace because I am afraid of snakes!!!), and 1 small patch of mold, which was no cause for concern. Thank you greatly for the great job!!!

Overall great experience! They actually showed up an hour early, and cleaned up everything when they packed up and left!

Great. They arrived 5-10 minutes before the 11am scheduled time. I really can't say more than what I said under "services performed". They did exactly what the said they'd do. I do have them lined up for more work later in November to complete the underlayment job. My home is larger then the 500sq foot I paid for.

They were awesome and their price was less expensive than other place. They were very professional, very thorough, very reasonable and provided excellent service.

The person who came gave me a lot of information and informed me on everything he tested. He didn't try to force me to but anything. He did a good job, and I would recommend them.

They did what they said what they were going to do. I was expecting the project to get rid of the mildew smell in the house and it did some however not completely. The day that he came to check on the work/ smells the doors were being replaced so the house was being aired out so it did not smell that particular day. Overall the work was fine , the results were not.

Neil and his crew performed beyond expectation. They were extremely patient in scheduling my job, dealing with multiple date changes from my end. When they arrived to do the work they could not have been more thorough, courteous (even removing their shoes as my hardwoods had just been refinished), or more careful. The job took them almost the whole day, but they never complained, and I felt they were really paying attention to every detail. I absolutely will call Fresh Air again for other services.

The people were very nice and clean. They worked hard and did everything that we asked them to do. They did a very good job with the air ducts.

A gentleman came out to give us our estimate (sorry can't remember his name it has been a couple of months) and we told him we wanted the vents cleaned because the house had a musty smell that had not gone away since we moved in (old house, built in the 60's). He counted the vents and gave us the estimate based on the amount of vents, it was the minimum amount so only $350. He originally said it would be about three hours. When the crew arrived they actually couldn't clean all of the vents from the inside, they had to go underneath the house as well and crawl through the crawl space to clean some of the duct system. Wisely, I went out of town with our two young children because they ended up staying for about 5 or 6 hours to finish the job (and there would be no napping with all of this going on). But, we were really impressed that they stayed that long and went under the house to do a thorough cleaning. The crew leader told my husband that the vents were extremely dirty because they had probably never been cleaned. The crew was great, my husband said they were friendly, explained what they were doing and he even left them inside while he mowed the backyard. Overall, we were really impressed with the company and their work and would definitely hire again in the future.

I love them. They are fabulous. I am not very smart when it comes to all these kind of stuff, but they sit down and help me to understand what is going on and what needs to be done, which I appreciate completely. This time my husband was not home. They are very good that way. Overall experience is great. In terms of quality of work, they are wonderful. In terms responsiveness, they are very quick. They are great in terms of punctuality. I would continue to use their services again in the future.

Overall it was a very good experience. I was shown consideration and everyone was professional and courteous. I would reccommend this company to my friends.

They were prompt and professional. I got estimates from 3 different companies and chose to go with someone who had a different approach.

They arrived on time and spent 3 hours performing the service. I really appreciated that they vacuumed the stairs when they finished

They were fine and provided relevant information. I did not have any problems with their estimate or service. I chose not to go through with the work, however.

We had some minor flooding in our basement so we had a couple of companies come out to find out if there was anything we needed to do right away. Fresh Air told us that the rainstorm was unusual and if we monitor the situation, we can decide later if we need french drains. He was so refreshingly honest and told us he didn?t want us to put our money into something we don?t need. Another company quoted us $40,000 and wanted to rip up our whole yard! He was professional, prompt, polite, and very honest.

I just liked the lady that I dealt with. They did a very good job, and that is the thing I liked about them. They got in and got out quickly.

Neil came to my house and suggested we get the air tested which we did. The test didn't show what he thought it would and they suggested we clean the ducts. Their team arrived as scheduled and began the 2 day process. After the first day, we had some rainy days and they didn't come. When they did come back, they finished that day and left the house clean. The price was higher than the estimate he had given me over the phone but he let me know that initially so I could agree to it before they started. I think they did a good job of cleaning the ducts with one area they could improve. When they sprayed the ducts with the chemicals they use, they did not alert us so that we could get out of the area. I had a reaction to the chemical and made sure I left the house the second day when they sprayed it.

Neal came to the house to do the quote and explained the process. His quote was in the middle of the prices I received. They worked with me on the pricing. The ducts hadn't been done in the 20 years I have lived here. The 2 workers arrived promptly, explained exactly what they were going to do and started right to work. It was the coldest day of the year so the front doors were wide open all day, that was unavoidable. They did the cleaning quickly and completely cleaned up when they were done. I was told it was going to take approx 8 hours but they were done and out of the house in about 6 hours. I will use them again to have the work done but I won't wait 20 years to do it.

Tony responded immediately to my request for a quote, did a thorough exam of the crawl space. He assured me there was no mold issues. Once we decided to have the work done, it was carried out professionally and promptly. It was very close to the Xmas holiday but the crew came in and finished the work in a day and a half. Tony treated us with the ultimate in customer care. Tony Foglino was sincere and very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to family and friends.

Tony showed up right on time and inspected our crawl space. He said that while we did have a little bit of water and mold, it was actually one of the cleaner and drier crawl spaces he's seen. He recommended that we extend our rain gutter run-off thingies in front of the house a bit and said we did not need to have any mold removal performed or a French drain installed. We very much appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him and call on him again if we ever need this type of service.

Received a free estimate. Rep was extremely knowledgeable about services, not pushy. Crew arrived on time and executed work professionally.
