They first came out to do the Healthy Home inspection I had purchased the Big Deal. Alan came out and did the inspection and said everything looked fine. I was amazed that he didn't automatically try to sell me anything else. While he was here, I asked him about duct cleaning and he gave me an estimate. We ended up scheduling a time for them to do the services. My mother was the one that was home for the installation. She said the team that came out was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them again based on the service they performed. We'll see how the cleaning helps with air quality from now on.

He came out this morning but it was different than picture that was showed so I requested a refund. He was very nice, did measurements, and shined a light up in the crawl space.

I haven't been in the crawlspace to inspect. I am trusting they did their job.

During a pest inspection/spraying I had another company tell me that we had a lot of moisture under our house, which was strange because it had always been dry as a bone. I contacted Fresh Air and received a call back immediately. They came out and checked out the crawlspace and confirmed that there was some moisture and came back with a few different options to correct the problem. It took me a couple of months before I could have the work started and they were very patience and there was no pressure at all. The work was scheduled to be started on a Friday and was completed the following Monday. It looks great and I am hoping this takes care of our moisture problem. They also removed of a couple of ssssnakes they found in there too. The only thing I am still waiting for is the receipt and warranty of the work that was completed.

The job went very well, from initial inspection to completion of the work. The company is very professional and on time.

Process of purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal and scheduling an appointment with Fresh Air Technologies was efficient and satisfactory. Would do business with this company.

I purchased an Angies Big Deal as the moisture under my home was a concern and I wanted to be sure all was well. I, almost immediately, got an email from the company with a few basic questions and they quickly scheduled the appointment. They arrived when expected and were very professional. There was a little bit of debris left by a previous homeowner and they stacked it neatly by the crawlspace door for easy removal. They put down a heavy plastic barrier and its so nice that I no longer feel uncomfortable crawling under there to look for problems myself. I was very pleased with their services! I will use them again should I need similar services in the future!

In the end it went well. At first I was disappointed with the quality, but they were very responsive and fixed what I asked for which is why I would use them again but I would have felt better if it was done right the first time. My advice would be if can somehow be home to inspect that they remove all debris to your liking before they install the vapor barrier, I realized that's what would have made me happier. They also didn't overlap 12-16 inches the first time, but they were very responsive and fixed that the second time. I liked the price as long as I knew it was a quality job, especially since I have a pretty tight crawl. I emailed them to make sure how they would do it well, got it in writing said they would overlap 12-16 inches and make sure to remove all debris first.

I had a small job in mind for this Deal, and when I spoke with the company they informed me that the Deal would be applied to a job that is 2000 square feet or more, which was accidently left out of the Deal description. They were polite and professional and I have nothing against them but I will use somebody else.

Fresh Air Technologies, LLC did everything they were suppose to do. They were on time, in and out in no time and there was no problem whatsoever.

We've never had air-duct cleaning done in our home. So, this was all new to us - until recently. We called several different companies for estimates along with job descriptions. We chose to go with Fresh Air Technology. A team of three men arrived around 8:30 AM and began working. It was an all day project. It appeared (?) everything was done and clean up was OK. NOTE: We did not find out until AFTER the job was finished that Fresh Air Technology WOULD NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT OF ANY KIND AS PROOF OF PAYMENT - neither by check nor Visa. I wound up talking with management by phone while team was still here on the job site, and it was made clear "no receipts issued". My husband and I were dumb- founded, to say the least. Neither of us had ever heard of a company operating in this manner. The Supervisor noted (supposedly) on his clipboard that we requested an invoice / receipt to be issued showing "payment made in full" and please mail it to us. That was January 29th and to this date - no receipt.

I was surprised by the price until I saw how much work it took. There were very professional. Well done!

They came out and gave me an estimate for an additional price then what the big deal was for. The price was too much at the time. They were nice and professional.

The technician was very nice and helpful. He did do the free inspection but the additional cost for the square footage above of 500 wasn't something I was wanting to pay. He was very honest with the inspection. He arrived on time and professional.

Craig gave us an estimate in replacing our moisture barrier under the house. He made recommendations and worked with us on various options. We had them clean under the house and lay a new barrier. They also replaced the vents under the house. They came back to clean the A/C units and seal the air ducts. The team was professional, friendly and prompt. They cleaned up after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased the big deal and received a call from Fresh Air to schedule the installation of the product. The date was set and then we received a call a few days later asking us to change the date. We rescheduled the installation for 10/30/2012 at 1500. About a week before the scheduled installation we received another phone call from Fresh Air asking about the install date. They had us on the schedule for two different days. We confirmed the install would be 10/30/2012. On 10/29/2012 at 1430 hours Fresh Air knocked on our door to do the installation. We told them they were a day early and they said they had a crew in route would it be OK to do the work today. We said yes since we were home. The crew arrived and did the work. Part of the deal was to take before and after pictures which were not done. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about the date of the work and they still got it wrong. The crew just threw our belongings back into the crawl space and had to take it out and redo the work in an acceptable manner. It seemed to us they were in a big hurry and did not care about the service they were providing. We would not use them again.

Service was done within a day and was done very professionally. They did a great job and I did not notice any problems with their work. The crawlspace looks great and the insulation will hopefully save me in heating/cooling costs.

After receiving the quote the company was very flexible as to when I could schedule the remediation appointment. After it was scheduled they were very thorough in explaining the procedure. I was extremely happy with the results, and although I did not do everything that they suggested they were still extremely courteous and helpful.

The service was okay, not overly impressive. They were slightly hard to get a hold of.

We were able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner. The service technician inspected the crawlspace thoroughly. Most helpful were the sequences of photographs (30 or so) that showed us exactly what he was talking about in explaining what was working in our crawlspace and where some issues were noted for standing water. He explained alternative approaches to fixing the problems noted, and provided an estimate within the day for his recommended approach. We are not proceeding this month during the holiday season, but the company certainly provided solid information for our consideration.

Overall, Fresh Air delivered a very good service. Work was done as scheduled and the Project Manager provided good supervision of the work and checked on the quality of work (occasionally requiring correction) by his crew. I gave a "B" , Good, on price because I did not get a price from another company and accepted the proposal based upon the company's reputation. I would recommend Fresh Air for this service.
