Alan Shorts came and did a great job explaining everything. The big finding was the mold growth through out the crawlspace. His documentation and recommendations of fixing the problem was very detailed in report.

When they got here, they told me there was a mistake on Angie's List and it was not worded properly and they charged me $60 or $70 more than the Big Deal amount of $149. After that I've had a problem. The insulation that they blew-in actually clogged an air conditioning discharge pipe and subsequently I had a leak and it caused some sheetrock damage that I had to repair.

I have no complaints! They were punctual and very professional. They did a great job.

We were very pleased with the work and with the company. The work they did was perfect. The only problem was that he never got back to us on whether or not the work was guaranteed or had a warranty.

We could not afford the extra cost that the whole job entailed, so we asked for a refund.

Professional and courteous. I am financially unable to have work done at the moment. However I will be giving Fresh Air Tech the opportunity to possibly allow work done once I receive more estimates. No problems with the company and I appreciated their responsiveness to my particular issues.

I had bought the $99 home inspection big deal. Knowing I have a relatively new home I knew that they won't find much but still might be able to suggest some ways to improve comfort in one area of the house. Scott came in on 6/10, on time as scheduled. Very professional and seemingly very knowledgeable. Spent a number of hours at home with all sorts of measurements. Said most things were amazingly good and the report would be easy to complete so should have it soon. I didn't receive the report and had to call to remind. I received the report with a lot of details and pictures. I was interested in getting quotes to improve a few things for which the next step was to schedule time so he could bring Alan out with him. Both came on 6/28, on time as scheduled. Scott operates independently from Fresh Air and was handing me off to Alan who was going to get me quotes - within a week. Not having received anything, I called 2 weeks later. Response was oh we got backed up and will send something by early next week. 2 weeks later I sent an email to Scott thinking he might be able to help. He responded right away that he will talk to Alan. Having received nothing - not even a call or email - today 8/9 I called and talked to Alan. He said, I have given your file to the owner and not sure where it stands but will find out. Another review mentioned similar experience. I wonder if it's their people or process but sounds like a small company so the owner should be able to figure it out. For me, such a waste of time and $99.

They were very thorough and left me with a lot of great information.

Fantastic professional service and prompt quality workmanship, all at a more that fair price! What a wonderful company to do business with. We were made to feel that our business, and complete satisfaction, really mattered to this company, and it did. A month after completing our original service, we had a need to contact Fresh Air Technologies again, to consult on a home sale inspection concern. One of their field engineers dropped what he was doing, was at our house within an hour, and conducted a 45 minute inspection under our house, free of charge. His honest findings of "everything is fine," which were later confirmed by an additional inspection, proved invaluable to us in the completion of our home sale, not to mention saving us unnecessary repairs. We highly recommend Fresh Air Technologies for any moisture, mold, etc., problems you encounter.

It was okay. They didn't provide the service I thought that they were going to and there was lot of miscommunication and charged me additionally. It ended up being couple hundred dollars more than what I thought it was going to cost. They showed up and did everything timely. I would not use them again.

They showed up on time and did the work as agreed.

The process was very fast, net of the rain, which had nothing to do with the service. The guys really worked hard and they also installed a french drain to help with future water removal. Great job and the crew were incredibly nice! We would definitely recommend them to others needing this service.

No problems with the field visit, but I had to inquire a couple of weeks later to find out why I hadn't receive the written report. It came via e-mail a couple of days later. The report is somewhat generalized, and includes some impractical things like "replace all appliances," but also containes some useful insights.

Alan came out for the initial visit to review the system. He said he would email me the results of the review as well as an estimate at a later date. I didn't hear from him for a couple of months. In late May we connected again when I called him, and I found out that he had been sending correspondence to the wrong email address. Also he indicated that he had left numerous messages on my phone's answering machine that I did not receive (which could have been the case because my phone has acted up in the past). At this point I did get an email, but it was missing the attachment. I requested the attachment, and when it arrived I sent an email back to Alan confirming that I had received the attachment. Upon closer inspection of the attachment itself, I found that the results of the review were included, but no estimate was included. I requested the estimate, but I haven't heard back from him. When Alan visited the first time, he gave me the impression that his company would be able to do the work on my home, but after he had the results of the review he told me that my system was too complicated and that it would be too expensive to do.

They laid down new vinyl coating material on the crawlspace and cleaned up some mold that was down there. They were very professional. They showed up on time. They were polite and when the work was done they wanted me to inspect it, and it looked like a first class job to me.

Neil came out and checked our new construction home for possible mold. He couldn't see any signs of anything but has referred us to someone who can do testing. He was very thorough in looking for something and provided me insight into possible what could be happening. If we have any issues in the future, they would be my first call.

Even though they completed the job, I thought there were way over priced.They seemed very rushed about completing the job, you can tell they were ready to get on to the next job. His approach made me feel like I was being brushed off. This is not someone I would do business with in the future.

Great job. Fresh Air Technologies were quick and efficient. They installed a plastic barrier over dirt crawlspace under my home. This is something I wanted done for awhile, but never got around to doing myself. Everything looked good, was very pleased.

The process went seamlessly. They were on time and explained the process thoroughly. They showed me the work after they were finished and treated me like I was important.

Overall it was great. There was some confusion after we began as to what was covered by the price, but as one would hope, the vendor went out of their way to make sure I was happy and not quibble over it. They were great.

They were very responsive, punctual and professional. It just wasn't as great of a deal as I thought.

I purchased a living social coupon for 500 square feet of vapor barrier. When inspecting the area the representative encouraged a more detailed procedure to remediate the moist area in the crawl. The representative explained the process in detail, workers can the next day and completed the work in a 2 day span. Fast and efficient!
