He found the issue after 2 other companies tried to get us to buy a new unit (7-10k) or buy a part that may or may not help for $900. Very good. Adam, one of the owners, contacted me directly and personally came to my home to determine what equipment would be best for my small condo. The employees who installed the HVAC system were courteous and respectful of my property. Adam was on-site and waited for me to get home after work to explain everything and teach me how to use the Ecobee thermostat. The sensor placed in my upstairs bedroom will coordinate with the thermostat to keep my home at the right temperature when I'm home. Overall I'm very pleased with FormulaAir.

Excellent company and great customer service. These guys are very nice and do great work! Very reasonable pricing and don't rip you off like other A/C companies I have dealt with before. They responded quickly to all my questions and took care of me. My sister recommend them to me after she had some coil work done and I got a new system installed. They were fast and thorough and cleaned up afterwards. They did such good work I even had them install an Air scrubber at my parents house and signed them up for their maintenance plan. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest A/C company that does excellent work at a great price!

Both Brandon & Adam were very informative, knowledgeable in their recommendations and the justifications for each. I would highly recommend these guys. On the day of installation 3-5 guys including Brandon & Adam were on site and did a fantastic job replacing a 30 yo unit that had gone out. Very satisfied. GREAT JOB

10 stars! I would recommend Brandon and Adam to anyone in need of an HVAC professional. One of my furnaces went out and needed replaced. The second furnace had not yet gone out but I was considering replacing the second at the same time due to the age. After receiving yet another outrageously overinflated quote from another company, I found Formula Air through Home Advisor. I received a call from Adam. I expressed my concerns about pricing I had been receiving. He advised me of a typical range for this type of service but would confirm after their initial visit. I immediately scheduled a visit due to the upfront/fair pricing ranges I received. Adam listened to what I wanted and provided me 4 detailed quotes. Unlike other companies, Adam consulted me. Adam and Brandon are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. He advised that the unit I currently had was too large and I did not need to install the same size I currently had. Moved forward with installing 2 new Trane furnaces. The guys were prompt and showed up on time. They were thorough and worked from 8am â 5pm to ensure everything was up and running properly. Adam spent time advising myself and the tenants in the home how the new (and even nicer) thermostats worked. AC is next to go and I will 100% be calling Formula Air!

Adam was great coming out to visit and review his quote. He thoroughly explained what his recommendations were going to be and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The day of installation Adam and Brandon were efficient and through with the installation. They even followed up two days later to ensure the unit was running properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC unit.
