Punctual, fair when unexpected problems were uncovered during the wallpaper removal process. Very well satified with quality of workmanship.

Mark Foreman's estimate was the lowest of the estimates I acquired, so we went with them. The painters worked thoroughly, and well, although the one-day job had to be completed the next day because they didn't take all the trim into account. When they lost fastenings for the banister they had removed, they went to Lowe's to pick up replacement. We're planning to use them for more painting soon!

They would come to work for about an hour and a half and then leave without telling me anything. They would just walk out without telling me where they were going or what they were doing. They work was originally supposed to take a day and a half, but went much, much longer. I had to reschedule doctor appointments that I had had for 2 months to accommodate them. One of the workers had an especially bad attitude as well. The tile that they installed looked terrible. Several of the jobs they did had to be redone. They did not sand bumps out of the walls before painting. I could have done a better job painting than them. They took down all of the light fixtures, put did not put them back up correctly, even though I specifically asked them to. They even asked me for a piece of bread to use to stop a water leak!! I couldn't believe it.

As with our past experiences, it was another job well done. We've used Foreman's on several occasions now and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone from the owners down to the painters are friendly, professional and efficient. They always finish in a timely fashion and clean up well. I've never been disappointed in their work. They are a family owned business and they value their return customers.

We were very pleased with the results of both jobs. I've read a couple of the past reviews and it just doesn't sound like the same company I dealt with. This is a family-owned small business and Mark Foreman is very flexible and easy to deal with. The painters were always very respectful and did exceptional work. In fact, Mark quoted me to do the interior work and wrote a separate line quote for the trim. I decided not to have the trim done but accidentally signed the contract (w/o crossing out the trim quote) and faxed it to him. The painters showed up and began prepping the trim and I explained I didn't want to have it painted. I made a quick call to Mark and he said "no problem". Furthermore, we agreed to one coat of paint b/c Mark believed it would cover the existing paint sufficiently. It appeared as though it would but after it dried there were several spots where you could see the previous color. They came back and put on a 2nd coat at no additional charge!

After reading the bad reviews this company had on the List, I hired a friend that was more of a known entity to do the job.

CARPENTRY WORK WAS OK, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. CLEAN-UP WAS AWFUL. THEY LEFT NEW AND OLD NAILS, AND 2 FOOT BOARDS IN THE GUTTERS. THEY ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE OF THE WORK TO BE DONE. INSTEAD, THEY LED US TO BELIEVE IT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE PAINTING CONTRACT THEN SLAMMED AN ADDITIONAL $450 ON THE BILL WITHOUT OUR AGREEMENT. THEIR CONTRACT STATES THAT ADDITIONAL WORK WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED WITH A SIGNED APPROVAL BY OWNER. FOREMAN'S DOES NOT HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT, AND THEN PUT A LIEN ON OUR HOME. WE WERE ABLE TO SETTLE, BUT NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. THEY HAVE A SLEAZY BUSINESS PRACTICE!

THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO LIST THE PROBLEMS WE HAD WITH FOREMAN'S PAINTING. IF YOU WANT A JOB WELL DONE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT SCRAPE OR SAND OLD PAINT OR CAULK, THEY WILL JUST PAINT OVER IT, DESPITE IF YOU VERIFY THAT IT IS INCLUDED, AND DESPITE THAT THEY HAVE IT WRITTEN ON THEIR CONTRACT. DON'T WAIT AROUND FOR A CALL TO LET YOU KNOW IF AND WHEN THE PAINTERS WILL COME, BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET CALLED. WATCH OUT FOR MISSED AREAS. WE HAVE OVER 24 PICTURES OF PLACES THEY MISSED, AND THE CLEAN-UP JOB IS LACKING. THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND ON TIME.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY SLOPPY. THEY DAMAGED TILE AROUND OUR FIREPLACE. PAINT WAS EVERYWHERE. THEY LAID TILE INCORRECTLY ON A FLOOR. I HAD TO HAVE THAT COMPLETELY REDONE. ALL THE DOORS THEY DID WERE CUT BACKWARD. THEY USED THE TOILET THAT WASN'T HOOKED UP. WHEN THEY SANDED OUR FLOORS, THEY BANGED UP ALL THE WALLS AND OUR FIREPLACE.

SECRETARY LOST MY INFORMATION AND NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. I WOULD WAIT 2 DAYS BEFORE CALLING BACK AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE. I CALLED HER WHEN PAINTERS WERE 1 HOUR LATE AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES, IT WAS ANOTHER HOUR.

THEY WERE AFFORDABLE FOR THE WORK THEY DID. THEY DID SOME EXTRA DRYWALL REPAIR AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND GET THAT CORRECT. I DIDNT PAY UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, ALTHOUGH THEY DID REQUEST PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE DRYWALL.

I HAD TO SPEND OVER 150 HOURS DEALING WITH THEM. IF LEGAL HADN'T BEEN SO EXPENSIVE, WE WOULD HAVE SUED!!!
