Fiberclean Carpet Care

Dale and his crew came and cleaned all the carpets in our new home two days before move-in, and did a fantastic job! They were able to identify and remove stains that were probably years old...making everything looking brand new for our new house. I cannot say enough about how courteous Dale was to work with, and very fair with pricing. I would recommend his services to anyone!

They were excellent. They did a great job. It was a very positive experience. They were on time. They were very thorough. They were professional and knowledgeable.

I called and they got back to me quickly and set up a time that was great for me. He showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He got out one spot that had been there for several years (more than 10) and several different carpet cleaning companies had said it was impossible to remove.

I got them through one of the deals on Angie's List. They were courteous and on time. They gave helpful tips and just overall very professional and friendly. I would refer them to my family or anybody. I would give them their number.

I took advantage of a half-price offer to Angie's List members. I called to make an appointment; Dale was prompt in returning my call and scheduling the visit. He explained 'to do list' before the cleaning (vacuum carpet, move light pieces of furniture, etc) I was absolutely pleased with everything from the initial contact with Dale to the completion of the cleaning. My carpeting is 8 or 9 years old and Dale was able to make it look new again. After 5 days, it still looks fresh and new. He was able to freshen up spills and puppy accidents and was helpful in explaining which over the counter products work the best for cleaning up spots and maintenance in between cleanings.

I have never been so pleased to provide a reference for a vendor as I am right now for Dale and Fiber Clean. The work that was done was absolutely fantastic! I have a 3500 sq ft home and the carpeting throughout has been through 2 generations of children. I had no illusions that any carpet cleaning company would be able to truly clean the carpet and I even told Dale not to worry too much about some of the stains since I know they are very old. Well to my unbelievable surprise, Dale and his helper were able to remove stains that have been on the floors for over a decade! They came to my home right when they said they would, and they had to drive all the way across Charlotte (Matthews to Lake Norman) Dale called me while he was in route to give me an ETA. When they arrived, they went right to work and he charged me a fair price, I had already purchased some of the cleaning in advance through the Angie's List Big Deal, and the additional work was right in-line with what we spoke about over the telephone. I have never been so pleased with a service vendor in quite some time. I am pleased to highly recommend Dale and his company - absolutely professional and a pleasure to do business with.

They arrived on time, were pleasant and courteous. They were very careful to look for and pre-treat any stains and took extra care with the faux suede trim on one of my area rugs. Best of all, the price was right and the carpets were almost completely dry in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

He was on time and did not rush through the job. I left his crew alone at my parent's former house with no worries. He was able to remove the couple stains in the carpet. It refreshed the carpet and makes the house ready for sale. He then came to my house. He was not able to remove the pet stains in the dining room but this did not surprise me. The stains were old and I had tried treating them myself. I am very impressed with the service.

I called Dale based on reviews on Angie's List and was given a price over the phone. Dale and his helper showed up on time and were able to do everything in less than three hours. We have dogs so there were some spots from them and us. Dale was able to get all the spots out and the carpeting looks great. Also, since the two staircases are not carpeted all the way down, he lowered the original quote which was great since we already accepted the price and were satisfied with it. We highyly recommend Fiberclean and will use them for all our carpet cleaning.

Fiberclean was one of three quotes I got from other companies on Angie's List. Dale was pleasant to work with from the beginning. He came and did an estimate, giving me a quote on the spot that was significantly cheaper than the other two I received. We scheduled the time and he showed up a few minutes early, which was perfect. I took a few minutes to show him what needed to be done and he and his assistant got right to work and were quiet and were no disruption. They left on time and charged exactly what was quoted. And the carpet looks great. All in all, a great, no-headache experience. Well done, Dale.

Excellent! They worked me into their schedule at a perfect time, right before we moved in. They were right on time, very friendly and professional. They definitely knew their stuff. They got some stains out that we asked them to look at - I thought the stains were going to be permanent, but they did a great job with them. Not only that, they found and treated a number of stains that I didn't even know about! The carpets look brand new - great job! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Dale and John did a fantastic job cleaning the rugs and also removing a couple of stubborn stains that I had in the hallway and den. They arrived right on time and were finished in just a little over an hour. Dale and John were extremely courteous, helpful, punctual and professional. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to all of my friends. I am very happy with the job that they did and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Fiberclean on 4/21 about carpet cleaning in my home. They were very nice on the phone and willing to accommodating of my limited availability. I was able to make an appointment with them for the following Saturday morning. They were punctual and extremely polite. More importantly, they far exceeded my expectations for service. I had said when I scheduled with them that I had an area that my pets had soiled. Mr. White came armed with a black light, individually identified, scrubbed and treated every spot - and did so in each room, rather than only the one I mentioned. There were several more problem areas than I knew about and they had to use over 4x the enzyme cleaner they expected. When Mr. White gave me my bill, he had given me a 20% discount - so that the price would still be in line with what he'd initially quoted. All told, it took a couple hours for 3 rooms, which was longer than cleanings I've had from other companies. But the overall results couldn't be better. It is a rare thing to find companies that are this friendly, thorough and conscientious about the work that they do. I am utterly impressed.

Dale and his partner showed up right on time. They were friendly and professional. I left for work and they completed the job before noon. The results were amazing. I have no pets or kids, take my shoes off at the door, and vacuum at least twice a week - and I cannot believe they were able to make such a difference! I would hire them again.

Excellent service from people who worked hard to do the best possible job. Eliminated stains that I could not possibly get out. This was definitely well worth it.

Dale and his wife arrived on time and did a great job. Carpet drying time was short. The service was performed under an Angie's List promotional offer, but the price would have been good even without it. Dale will be cleaning our carpets from now on.

We had scheduled Dale to come and ran into a conflict the day before. Dale worked with us to re-schedule to work with our schedules. I can not say enough good things about Dale. He has done all the rooms in our home several time and we have the same results, EXCELLENT, Not only does Dale get the carpet clean, they stay cleaner much longer that anyone else we have ever used.

excellent. Came on time, finsihed on time. removed some very tough stains and took his time getting them out of the carpet. "Carpets look almost new after 10 yrs. Thought I would have to replace them if this cleaning did not work. Now I feel I have a few more years left before replacing. Would highly reccomend Dale to anyone. Will use again in the future for other rugs. Felt I could trust him and his work.

Called on Monday and was able to schedule a Tuesday cleaning of my large family room and formal living room carpets. Dale and a helper arrived promptly and did a great job very quickly. I work at home and Dale was very sensitive to keeping the noise down as much as possible. There were some stubborn, oily stains in the family room which he surmised, after talking to me about our household habits, resulted from homemade popcorn. He asked my permission before trying an alternative spray treatment on these spots to make sure I was going to be alright with the smell of it. I gave permission and he worked h****** the spots. (It didn't smell for very long anyway, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness.) I had some charcoal spots from our fish tank filter media which also came clean. All their work paid off, and my eight year-old carpets look practically new. The carpets were dry within a matter of a couple of hours. I was even more impressed that he stuck to the quoted price even though he had to treat difficult spots that we did not discuss beforehand and use additional chemicals. I voluntarily added $10 to the payment as a token of my satisfaction. I will definitely call Dale next time. I should note that I cleared the rooms of loose items, such as picture frames and potted plants, before they arrived, but they were fine with moving the furniture around to thoroughly clean around and under each item.
