Best carpet cleaning service ever!

they got here on time and did a great job

Was on time to the appointment and was ready to work. Explained the cleaning method they use, bonnet vs extraction. Walked through the rooms and showed them the problem points. One room had an ink spot, one had a finger nail polish spot and 1 had a pet spot. All spots were cleaned without an issue. Carpet looks like new, will always use Fiberclean for our carpet care going forward.

This is the ONLY company anybody should use. They came when they said they would & discussed the sofa & carpet cleaning with me. Our carpet is only 3 years old but we had a previous bad experience with Carpet Pro (didn't get it clean at all & soaked it so that it took 4 days to dry). These folks got the dirt out of everything and nothing is soaked. What a pleasure to see clean sofa & carpet and not have everything soaking wet. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone-you will not be disappointed at all. Will be telling all our neighbors about Dale and his crew & will definitely use him again. He knows his stuff.

After finding the positive reviews for Fiberclean on Angie's List, I didn't hesitate to call and make an appointment to have Dale come out and clean numerous pet stains on my carpets and area rugs. He worked around my schedule and began work in a couple of days. He and his tech, John, arrived and went straight to work. Because I had greatly underestimated the amount of work, he scheduled another time to come back and complete the work. They were both very efficient and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fiberclean to anyone needing carpet cleaning...especially those with pets.

My wife is hard to please and she said: "The Carpet guys were very nice, very efficient and very thorough. I think they did a great job!" They were on time (which is rare for contractors) and pre-treated 1 area at no extra cost. Our carpet is 20 years old and looks like it, but the carpet looked very nice when Fiberclean left. I highly recommend them!

We have put our house on the market and wanted to get the carpets looking their best. I called three of the highest rated Angie's List carpet cleaners that were close to our house, explained our needs, and got price quotes. Frankly, I chose the best price as I already knew that the company was rated highly. Not only was it the best price, the actual cost was slightly lower once Dale and his colleague arrived and looked through the house. They did a fantastic job and were very affordable. They were responsive and professional and I felt comfortable leaving them in the house alone as they finished up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They did a very good job. I have small children and it was a non toxic cleaning and the carpet did dry quickly. They use a steam process instead of chemicals. I would recommend them to others.

Dale is the owner and he is the one that came out to clean our carpet. Dale is very professional and arrived on time for our appointment. He cleaned the carpet while we were at work and everything was complete when we arrived home. I had a few stains that he had to use special chemicals on and he actually made a second trip out to check on the results, but did not charge me any extra for his time or his supplies. Dale did a great job for us and he was reasonable in his price. I would certainly use him again to clean our carpets.

I have used Dale for the past year or so, total of three(?) times. He is very courteous, thorough, and responsive anytime I call. He has scheduled service as needed, has been timely or communicated very well and has done a very good job each time. I highly recommend and will continue to utilize his services.

Dale does a wonderful job and is always on time. I have four indoor pets that have stained the carpet. Dale always gets the stains and smell out. He is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.

Dale White was TERRIFIC. He and his assistant arrived precisely on time, were neat and professional in appearence and their equipment appeared to be well maintained. This, by far, was the best experience I have ever had with ANY carpet cleaning service. Dale explained the process, took his time to do the job right and encouraged inspection of each room as it was completed. He was extremely careful around furniture and did a SUPERB job. I would highly recommend Dale and Fiberclean Carpet Care to anyone contemplating the use of such a service.

I have used them before and they have done a good job. They cleaned the carpets in multiple rooms.

I contacted Fiberclean and described to Dale our situation: we had our home on the market and needed the carpets cleaned and a mild pet odor removed from one room. I told him punctuality was more important, price second. He was available two days later, let himself into the home using our instructions, cleaned the carpet and even came back the next day to check on it. Turned out that four stains had risen to the top after cleaning and he removed them immediately. I couldn't be happier with his service and especially enjoyed that he had an Angie's list coupon. I would use him again and again and will refer him to my friends.

They are great and always do a good job. They worked around the furniture and were careful around the trim of the walls. I have them already scheduled to come back out.

They were A++ for customer service and the job they did was excellent as well.

VERY NEAT, DID EXCELLENT JOB, WAS ON TIME AND HAS VERY GOOD PRICES. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME HE CLEANED OUR CARPETS AND THEY NOT ONLY GET CLEANER, BUT STAY CLEANER THAN ANY OTHER SERVICE WE HAVE USED. WE WERE READY TO REPLACE THE CARPETS THE FIRST TIME HE CLEANED THEM BUT THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB, THEY LOOK LIKE NEW.
